Releasing the Energy of Past Relationships

There are numerous times in our lives when we carry on the energy of our old relationships into our new ones, when we still look at the world through the glasses of our old perspectives and life experiences. It leads to unnecessary misunderstandings and arguments because we are responding to our past and not our present. Here’s a simple technique that hardly takes 15 minutes of your time but will help you have more fulfilling and empowering relationships.

Technique:

• Sit in a relaxed and comfortable position. Clear out all distractions.
• Shield and Ground yourself through visualization or invocation.
• Invoke the divine Reiki to flow through you. Call upon your Reiki guru’s, Reiki Masters, Angels, Archangels, Spiritual Angels, Spiritual Guides and Your personal Reiki Master to assist and guide you in this process.
• Relax yourself and reach the Alpha state (you can use any technique that you are familiar with to do this)
• Once you are in the state of Alpha, visualize or imagine a big CKR #1 encompassed in a white ball of light above your head.
• Draw the energy from the CKR using your breath. Start breathing in the cleansing energy into your lower belly.
• The energy of our past relationships and the associate emotions get stored in the Sacral chakra. So, breathing in the light and energy of the CKR into your lower belly will cleanse you of all these energies.
• After doing the cleansing breath, give Reiki to your lower belly using #2 SHK balancing and harmonizing your past and your relationships for another five minutes.
• After harmonizing, Reiki your lower belly using #3 HSZSN connecting yourself to the energy of love. Let the Sacral chakra be flooded by this love, as the foundation of all healthy relationships is love.
• Once you feel that the process is complete, ground yourself and end the session.

Do this routine for a minimum of nine days and in multiples of nine if there is healing required at a more deeper level. As you do this routine you will notice that your relationship improved significantly and start becoming more joyous and harmonious. If someone wants to manifest a life partner this is a good exercise to clear out the energetic junk that stops you from doing so.
