Hello friends!
There is so much you can do with Reiki and Meditation. They are amazing healing modalities to combine that always bring about a positive result. If you frequent Reiki Rays you know that I am a huge advocate of this pairing and have countless examples of it working wonders.
Recently with all of the uprisings and violence taking place across the globe I have started using a new Reiki Meditation that I created called “My World Is a Beautiful Place”. I plan on doing it once a week for the next year to send healing vibes of peace out across the world. I would love to share it with all of you so that as much healing energy as possible may be sent to the earth bringing about Peace. If you are not concerned with world events this is also a great Reiki Meditation to just do for yourself. It will create a loving environment of peace around you.
Reiki Peace Meditation:
- Start by making a power symbol around every corner of the room you are about to do your Reiki Meditation in. Be sure to make one on yourself as well. Light a candle and/or put soft relaxing music on. Create whatever type of meditative environment works best for you. Sit in the space and take several deep breaths. Allow your breathing to slow down until you are completely relaxed. You are now ready to begin.
- Picture the earth sitting in front of you. It is just like a globe that you might have seen at school or had as a child. All of the current countries are on the globe. The globe slowly spins. You notice that something is a bit off about it. It seems dim and not as full of life as usual. You notice that this dimness is actually that of unrest and hurt. For a moment you are unsure of how to fix the situation. You look at the globe and realize that it needs peaceful, healing energy to be sent to it. Each and every country is suffering and in need of this healing light.
- Make one large power symbol over the front of the globe. Beam Reiki to it for 10-20min. As you do this notice that the color of the globe slowly starts to change. The white peaceful healing energy of Reiki wraps itself around the globe like a soft white blanket. It radiates its energy deep into the core of the globe rejuvenating it and filling it with peace. You slowly see the globe starting to radiate a bright white light on its own. It is no longer dim. At this time think of any countries or people that may need some extra peaceful healing energy sent their way. Focus on that particular region and beam extra Reiki to that area.
- When the globe is shining brightly and you feel called to end your session make one large grounding symbol in front of the globe and then one more over yourself. Give thanks.

I love that & will be doing it regularly now but can either of you tell me what a grounding symbol is please of which symbol I can use for grounding ? Love & Light
I use the raku but can’t upload what this looks like. If you search raku in the search bar of reiki rays you’ll find it though. Justine might have another one she likes to use for grounding.
