I am a 51 year old woman. I have been stammering from my very young age of 4 or 5 yes. I still stammer a lot. Would like to know if reiki can help me in controlling my stammer.

Hi Bharati. Stammering, as per my knowledge stems from a lack of confidence and a feeling that our words don’t hold power. Perhaps this is always tied to childhood trauma.
