I am writing this article for those who are keen to pursue their spiritual journey, who are in search of their true spiritual path and those who want to understand what is it that they resonate with to pursue spiritually.
Some of you are maybe asking the same question to yourself, ‘Am I on the right spiritual path?’ ‘Do I need to study more courses. Get more empowered?’ ‘Should I learn about Angels?’ Some of us keep thirsting to learn more and more, it’s almost like we are confused with which channel is the right one.
We want to learn all levels in Reiki, then learn about Angels, then do a course on Karma healing and so on. Can you identify if you have this craving to learn something or the other? While, it is great to learn many things, if you cram everything without sticking to any of it, you will have spiritual indigestion.

Firstly, go through all the courses and spiritual training that you have received. See which ones resonate with you. There will be a core favourite. There is always a core favourite. Then pick your least favourite course, the one that you have never practiced, the one that you never resonated with. The remaining you sort them in neutral categories.
I am giving you my personal example. I have learnt quite a few different types of energy healing systems– Reiki, Card Readings, Magnified Healing, Shamballa Multi Dimensional Healing and Mahatma Energy. Reiki is my life, I enjoy Card Readings. I feel neutral towards Magnified Healing, I do not resonate with the other two.
Suppose you’re a Reiki healer, who prays in a certain way, loves to do pendulum dowsing and wants to learn about Angels. You need to find which of these make your heart joyous while practicing. Pick your core favourite, this is your true path. You don’t have to think if your family will get upset with you for not praying in a certain way, or will Reiki punish you if you learn and work with Angels.
There are many lovely spiritual dimensions to work with, pick one or more and stick with it till you become one with the energies. This is needed for your growth. Inspite of being a Reiki healer, if you’re feeling guided to learn Feng Shui or Angel Therapy, then it is Reiki’s way of showing you the right path. Don’t feel guilty or feel you’re losing touch with Reiki. Reiki will always be a part of your being.

Thanks for sharing this info. I too was confused about my spiritual path and have learnt Reiki level 1 and Illahinoor! Reiki has taken me deep into spirituality and the realistic view of Oneness!! I also get these spiritual currents n feeling of ectstasy at times!

Thank you so much Ananya! This was just what I needed to read at this moment. I have been wondering if I need to add something else to my Reiki practice. I love doing Reiki and I was recently drawn to a pendulum. I know now that the pendulum will help greatly with Reiki, and thanks to your article, I can be content with learning different healing methods as they come to me on their own.
Besides being a Reiki master teacher, I also am of Buddhist faith.
My next course in the intermediate future will be to become an acupuncturist.
Besides these I have several other interest that I cannot possibly carry out.
These will be taking the place of lesser importance and as spare time activities.
Funny how this post comes along while I have discussed this recently with a friend of mine.

Dear Ananya, Thank you for sharing your experience! It feels valuable. I am unsure of the reason, but over the years I have felt the need to expand by experimenting with various techniques. But Reiki is in my core. And I believe, personally, my journey has only simlified from there on. So, thank you again!
