Reiki never stops surprising me on how it can very quickly shift a health situation that seems so dire back to normal. I have worked with many clients having lung issues from COVID-19 over the last 18 months as well as with COVID long haulers dealing with lung issues. But when I tuned into how filled with fluid my new client’s little lungs were, I just knew to keep sending Reiki until she no longer could take anymore.
In mid-July 2021 a doctor friend and client of mine referred me to Melanee, a mother of 2 year old Kenadee, who was on day six in the hospital with double pneumonia. Kenadee’s right lung was full of fluid and the left was not as full. Her heart rhythms where abnormal. She was on two antibiotics via IV, oxygen, and on steroids. In my intake with her mother, I was told that Kenadee had a history of upper respiratory infections, asthma, and severe allergies.
When Melanee contacted me, I was told that her daughter was not responding to any of the treatments offered at the pediatric ICU in Lubbuck, Texas. Everyone was concerned about whether Kenadee was going to pull through. I immediately went to work.
Right before I started the session, I texted her mother who was with Kenadee in the hospital to tell her that I was starting the session. During the first session, my focus was on sending Reiki to clear her lungs. As I tuned into her right lung it felt like an ocean without much energy in it. I sent Karuna Reiki to calm the waves. I then used the Usui Power and Master symbols to clear each lung. I also did a lot of repairing and restoring of the energetic structure of her lungs.
During this session, I dialogued with her body to find out what was needed to help her to heal. Her body told me that there was an issue with her white blood cells. Either there was not enough of them or they felt that they were not empowered to do their job to eliminate the infection. I directed Reiki into her thigh bone, into the bone marrow, for her to produce white blood cells to do their job to eliminate the infection in her body. Then I sent Reiki to her thymus, which felt asleep, to produce T-cells. I talked to the thymus and white blood cells about taking care of Kenadee and that it was time for them to be bold and finish this job. The other area that needed Reiki was her lymphatic system.
What made me think that she was going to make it is that her overall energy, outside of her lungs and thymus, was very peppy and bubbly. I could tell that this was not going to be her end. As I worked on her energetic template, I could see areas of weakness in her overall energetic make-up, which most likely made her prone to respiratory issues. I worked on repairing these areas as well.
The next morning after the session, Melanee and I talked on the phone. She said that a half hour into the session Kenadee’s heart rhythm went to normal and had stayed that way since the session (over 12 hours). Here is the other wonderful thing that happened over night. Before the session Kenadee needed 15 liters of high flow oxygen, which was the max that she could receive. By the morning, she was down to 4 liters and one of the doctors that checked on her that morning said that he heard less crackling in her lungs.
Upon hearing this good news, I asked my husband, Reiki Master Bill Fleming and a Reiki Master friend Kerry Blank to join me in sending Reiki to Kenadee. We worked on her so that she could have Reiki two days in a row. Our focus was on restoring her lungs and respiratory system function and restructuring them back to their divine blueprint so that they could support her better going forward. When Kerry was working on Kenadee she saw an image of her lungs shaking off water. She could see the areas that needed restructuring. She also saw Kenadee surrounded by angels who were assisting Kenadee through her healing process.
After the second day of sessions, Melanee informed me that Kenadee was doing so much better. Kenadee was released two days later. The doctor who listened to her lungs that morning, just four days from when we started Reiki, said “If I wouldn’t have known that she was battling pneumonia, I wouldn’t be able to tell she had it by listening to her lungs.” As Melanee was preparing Kenadee to leave the hospital, a nurse that was there the first day when Kenadee was admitted saw Kenadee. The nurse was delighted by the news that Kenadee was going home. She told Melanee that when her daughter was admitted to the ICU, she was not sure that Kenadee was going to make it.
I did another session the day that she was released to work on some other small issues that came up. After they were home for a few days, I called Melanee to get an update. She told me that until the day that I started sending Reiki, she had never heard of Reiki. Reiki was suggested to Melanee by her cousin’s neighbor. After witnessing this experience, Melanee wants to learn all that she can about Reiki so that she can help her daughter and others. She said to me, “People need to take Reiki seriously! If they can, try it.”

Would love to see proof of this! Just because somebody told somebody who told somebody that something happened doesn’t mean it actually happened! If something like this did truly happen they would be documented proof of it! If you can’t provide proof that this happened then most likely it did not happen!
I truly believe it. In the 1990’s I started learning Reiki, which came easily to me. Workmates having a need for Reiki, I used it everyday. Reiki eventually lead to Dowsing. I do healing every week on those who ask using dowsing, at no charge. Using dowsing everyday, even with simple questions, (i.e., is the mango fresh and sweet, where did I leave the keys, is this tradesman the right man for my job), has lead me away from Reiki. Now I have regrets with the distance I have put between myself and Reiki, and realize I miss it.
