As a Reiki healer, practitioner we all are expected to follow our principles learned in Reiki Level one. The principle which I follow and resonate completely is to have gratitude, just being grateful for all the things I have in my life.
I am so completely thankful for even the smallest things I experience during the day that it creates more magical things in my life to be thankful for. It is like a part of me, as naturally as breathing.
I would like to share my experience here. I met with an accident last year in December 2019. It was a major one with a head injury and right arm fracture. In fact, while I am writing this article my hand is still in plaster. Fortunately, I have survived head injuries and it did not turned out to be major. During the whole process, the little time when I was conscious I was giving Reiki for my healing along with the prayers.
After a week of discharge, I was just sitting with my son and playing with him and a sudden thought came in my mind; that I am so fortunate that I am now out of danger and kids have got their mom back, also my recovery was so fast even after such a major accident. It was just like a rebirth for me. I feel so much in gratitude that every time I think about it, I get tears in my eyes.
As it is I was feeling very much connected with this principle, but now it is like living it for every moment and creating magic in my new life. I cannot thank Reiki enough for this successful recovery.
A small routine which I regularly follow to make this principle a part of my life is as below:
- The moment I get up in the morning I thank the universe and Reiki for the beautiful day allotted to me.
- I just send Reiki and request angels for the optimum utilization of my day and pray for the great day and successful events. I send Reiki for everyone who is contributing in my life and helping me to grow.
- During the day whenever I get something nice to hear, eat, meeting wonderful people, I keep giving thanks quietly to Reiki & Angels.
- I have also made one small but powerful ritual at home. So once we are ready to sleep, we all as a family share the best 5 things happened during the day which could be as small as someone had their favorite food. We just relive those moments, create fun, laugh and thank the universe. This small act of gratitude open up the doors of miracles you have never imagined.
I definitely want all of you to follow the routine and create the magical life you have always desired.
Do share your magical experiences with me.
Thank you, Reiki. Thank you, Archangels. Thank you, God.
