What is your Aura?
Your aura is the layer of light encompassing your entire body and expanding outward. How to strengthen your aura with convenient aura shifting habits?
Aura strengthening is directly connected with your inner state on physical and mental levels. They do not need any special gear, but they do require your dedication and time. You do not have to do all; you can choose the one you feel called to.
1. Yoga/Physical Workout – Exercising every day is and would remain an unbeatable option to boost the light energy in your aura. Your physical health creates a positive impact on your mental being, thus leaving a lasting impact on your energetic layer. Spend at least 30 minutes every day on yoga or physical workout and immerse yourself into its zest.
2. Chakra Balancing – Since your energetic layer is directly associated with your 7 chakras, chakra balancing is a wonderful option for powering up your aura. You can practice it once or twice a day (preferably in the morning and before going to bed at night). You can do the balancing either by sending Reiki to each chakra or with sound frequencies. However, you are free to explore an option that resonates with you.
3. Meditation – To date, meditation remains one of its kind to heal anything you desire. It is a boon for creating a powerful energetic field. You can create a layer of crystals around you with the intention of cleansing and powering up your energetic track. Meditating or resting in this layer can restore the balance of your aura. You can use crystals such as clear quartz, rose quartz, amethyst, etc.
7. Grounding – By reconnecting your physical body with mother Earth, you can push an abundance of light to your atmospheric energies. Grounding has the power to dissolve your toxicities and stimulate your Higher Self to reach an undisturbed state. You can incorporate it into your everyday routine with the help of crystals, Reiki, bare-feet walk, or ground breathing.
Aura strengthening shall not be done for the sake of it, but for balancing your physical and spiritual sides in a way that you can taste the natural zest of life. You are all here for a purpose; while running behind careers, relations, and comforts, you often lose your inner peace. You invest thousands and thousands of bucks on pursuing expensive hobbies, so you can achieve that peace of mind. Aura strengthening does exactly that for you. It helps you connect with yourself merging your inside out. It gives clarity to your vision of life and unveils thousands of those options for you that can help you live a settled life on Earth and create opportunities for others, too.
