Our life and our energy are totally affected by the energy around us. The planet and its location also affect us based on their positions as the position of the planet contribute to transferring the energy to us. And in return, it affects our aura to a greater extent.
Moon is one of the planets which is close to the earth and its position is very important to us as its contribution to our energy system is huge. But this contribution is maximum during Full Moon and New Moon time.
Therefore the New moon and Full moon are good times to work on our energy system.
New Moon: is the time when the moon adds extra energy to our energy system which helps us to manifest our wish. Therefore the new moon phase is an optimal time for planning and seeding your intentions.
Full Moon: is the good time to release which is no longer working for you. Since this is the period of release, during this time it is seen that people suffer from physical issues, emotional drama, and all kind of chose. As all deep-rooted issues come to the surface.

It is very important to consciously invoke the energy of the Full moon and absorb it into our energy system and release all deep-rooted present/past lives’ blocks using moon energy.
Therefore I have downloaded one meditation that can be done on the coming full moon. And it will help to release the maximum from our energy system. Please read this prayer three times and meditate for 15-30 mins for maximum benefit.
“Dear Moon I am sitting at you centroid which is the source of your energy and requesting your energy to pass through my all past lives and clear the blocks and negativity from it. And then please pass your divine powerful energy to my each and every chakra and swipe off all blocks from it and make it balanced and stable to work at its optimum speed. So that my each and every chakra only radiate love and abundance in my life.

It may be possible that you go through severe release or sleep for hours and can also see yourselves flying astrally after the meditation.

The full moon meditation was very intense. I could sense an energy ball above my head and heaviness in palms. Thoughts were nil. The thought waves were put to halt. 20 minutes of deep meditation. I plan to do this again.
