Meditation to Be in Contact with Angels

All along our lives, we have had the need to be in contact with our angels. These light beings who are always caring for us, who send us unconditional love, who listen to all our requests.

This is a meditation to be in contact with the Angels, to strengthen our connection with them, to feel them much closer to us.

1. Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Put your hands on your thighs.

2. Invite your angel to be with you.

3. Focus your attention on your breathing as you visualize how your roots leave from your feet to the ground and to the center of the Mother Earth.

4. When you feel firmly rooted to the Earth, draw from your roots your energy, taking it to each of your chakras.

5. Now focus your attention on the center of your head, on the Crown chakra. Imagine that from that point long fibers emerge that reach up to the Sky and connect you with it. Sense the energy of Heaven by taking it to all your chakras.

6. Notice any emotions, reminds, or blockages that you need to release. Concentrate on each of them, remember where they have come from and what they have taught you. When you are ready, release them and be grateful for what you have learned. Inhale deeply and exhale the blockage tightly through your mouth. Feel as it travels from your roots to the earth as you exhale. Repeat it twice.

7. Thank the Mother Earth to allow you release your blockages through it. Inhale imagining that you are inhaling the heaven´s energy which fills you with bright light. Now you are anchored to the heaven and the earth.

8. Visualize how it surrounds a copper light sphere, floating over your crown 20/30 cm. When you inhale, enter the light in your head and allow it to fill all your body, by doing several times. Feel how this copper energy fills you.

9. When you are ready, visualize a silver light sphere over your Crown where it is the copper one and pour it over you. Inhale that silver light and take along your spine, feel that light, which has more frequency than the copper one.

10. Finally, visualize a golden light over your crown, where the silver was it is beautiful, shimmering, smooth and bright and pour it over your head. When you inhale take from your head to the base of your spine.

11. This is the angels’ frequency, inhale it, vibrate with it, feel it.

12. Now you are in the angels’ frequency, ask your angel to allow you to listen to him and to feel him. Try to make any question and to receive an answer you can receive through sensations, feelings, words, images….

13. When you are ready, thank your angel for the message received and say goodbye. Visualize how the light that surrounds turns into silver and then into copper, and returns
to your normal state. Open your eyes.
