Take Back Your Power !

I received this real life unedited story from a lady called Penelope. This is her experience with her Reiki guru, his control over her life and how she took back her power. I thought this will be good as an article and took her permission to share it with you. Read her story and then we will talk further.

“To be honest I got acquainted with a Reiki master. He got closer and closer to me but it was a very painful and strange experience. He had a lot of psychic powers. He could read all my thoughts and words any time he wanted to and could understand whom i contacted. He could even foresee my life events accurately. Actually he controlled and impressed me in a way. I always prayed to God and asked for protection from the divine source but he could still read my mind without my permission and steal my private information.
He had many false visions of me as well and thus many times condemned me for many evil things I had never done and when I denied having committed such deeds he called me a liar. He used to consult his guides and to my surprise they were liars and verified his false visions but he trusted them fully. Well he always called himself a spiritual guru and even claimed to have one of the ascended masters as his companion..
After lots of struggling eventually God helped me take my power back in my hands and free myself from the trap. “

Sorry if my story was long. Ananya, this experience brought me lots of pain and broke my heart for the time. I’ve let go now and I am standing strong. I have forgiven anyone and any being who has disturbed me. But it has made me very cautious about and even afraid of contacting or trusting spirit guides. So was my conclusion right? I mean is it possible to have evil spirit guides? Many Reiki practitioners get help from their guides, so how’s that possible to tell if the spirit guide is trustworthy and not evil? And how can we stop evil beings from reading our minds?

I would be thankful if you kindly write an article on how we can contact our true spirit guides safely without coming into contact with any evil spirits.

So the two questions here are “Is it possible to have negative spirit guides and how to know if a guide is trustworthy?” Secondly, “How do you take back your power from such kind of psychic or telepathic attacks?”

1. “Is it possible to have negative spirit guides and how to know if a guide is trustworthy?”

Answer: This is entirely based on my experience with my guide whom everyone knows as “Zino Athens”. It is not possible to have a negative spirit guide. Spirit guides are loving family members on the other side. They did something good in their last lifetime and got ascension and agreed to become your guide. Can a loving family member hurt you? I think not. You will know if your guide is real by the kind of feeling or communication you have with him / her. Their messages are always loving, motivating and most importantly positive. Even if you’re receiving some guidance for a painful situation in your life, it will not make you feel uneasy or bad about yourself. It will free you from your worry! So the feeling of lightness, safety and security is very much part of your guide’s presence in your life. If you’re feeling uneasy or frightened or guilty after being in contact with a so called higher being, then you’re not in touch with the right energies. The same holds true for people. A good teacher or psychic will not condemn you, judge you or punish you. They will not break you and have control over you.

2. How do you take back your power from such kind of psychic or telepathic attacks?

Answer: There are two ways I think you can do this, though you can of course try your own method. One is to ask your higher self to close all forms of healing, communication and telepathic contacts with negative beings both on this side and on the other side. Simply, say “I ask my higher self to stop all forms of contact and communication from all external negative beings and influences.” Breathe out with force a couple of times and you will feel safer. Obviously, shield yourself after this process.

The next method is very powerful and simple. You need to call upon Jesus. Now, I’m not a Christian but I have done this several times and I find it extremely beneficial. I feel safe almost instantly when I tell him please protect me from so and so. And it’s done! I recently encountered some sort of backstabbing or deceit in my personal life from a relative. This person had been very close to me and been cheating me from time to time. I tried both methods and shut down all forms of communication and psychic attack from this person.
