The center of the palm is the center for everything. It calms down a person and helps in overall relaxation.

When we are having emotional issue or disease or just for having healthy organs, we can hold the corresponding finger and give Reiki to it. We should keep in mind while giving Reiki to the finger we should breathe in and out deeply to release all the toxins and the negative energy.

When one wants to relax completely they can just Reiki their palms. One shall instantly feel relaxed, will have a sound sleep and be cured of being nauseous if any.
