When is it a good time to do Self-Reiki? The answer is very simple:
Reiki early and Reiki often 🙂
Remember, the more you do it, the better you become at channelling the energy. At first it may seem like a chore, and something you tend to put off. But soon enough it becomes a lot easier to do Reiki daily than not to.
It becomes like showering: you feel uncomfortable if you don’t do it.
Especially people who aren’t so sensitive to energy and don’t necessarily “feel” the flow are prone to give up in the first few days. But if you keep at it, eventually you’ll feel so many benefits that you won’t be able to imagine life without Reiki. So, especially the first few days, Reiki early and often :).
