Manifesting a New Job through Reiki

When we’re seeking a job change, we can either keep it simple and merely send Reiki with the intention that we’ve gotten a new job – that works too, or we can delve deeper if we wish to turn this situation into an opportunity for spiritual and material growth.

At the heart of intention setting is the willingness to take all the action that is required in order to make that big leap. So when clients come to me who have had a rough ride in their current organisation and want to switch firms because they are emotionally or mentally exhausted or wounded, then I normally suggest to start with therapy. If we move to another organisation without first healing the aspects of ourselves which led us into this toxic environment, we will often recreate the exact same situation again, no matter how much better the new company or team is. So take time out to first work deeply with the healing of these wounds and also work with the root cause of what caused it.

When it comes to the intention setting itself, we have a choice to set intentions for situations, or we can send healing to the feelings we would like to have, and I’ve seen the latter to be more powerful.

There are 3 aspects I recommend sending Reiki for, when it comes to getting a new job.

The first part is obviously the interview. If you are sending healing even before the interview process, you can

• Reiki your resume by drawing all the symbols mentally as you look at it on your screen (or if you’re level 1, place your hands on the screen)
• Reiki the recipient of the email by simply imagining the recipient in front of you and sending them healing- you may imagine a vague blurry image if you don’t know what the person looks like, Reiki flows through intention so details are not essential here.

Before going for the interview, it helps to imagine how we are feeling during the interview. Visualise yourself feeling calm, relaxed, confident and clear-headed, able to easily remember and elucidate everything that you know, in a way that is well received. Imagine how you feel when you see the satisfied faces of the interviewers. You may even imagine how you feel when they are saying that you most likely are chosen and they will get back to you soon. Reiki these mental images using all the symbols, of course.

During the interview you want to ensure that you are flooding the room and the interviewers.

After the interview we can send healing to the mental image of how we are feeling when we see the offer letter and the salary being offered. We could, of course, give Reiki to a specific number, where we can imagine holding an offer letter in the hand with the salary that you desire, but I’ve generally found it more beneficial to trust the universe and Reiki the feeling rather than the number.

The most important aspect of sending Reiki is the work setting itself. You want to send Reiki to the company and the team that you will work with, setting an intention that

1. You love your work and find it rewarding and challenging
2. You have a good relationship with your colleagues and it is a supportive and enriching relationship both ways.
3. You have a good and constructive relationship with your boss and employers.
4. You are able to balance work and leisure in a healthy way.
5. There is good scope for growth both financially and professionally.

Again, you may send Reiki for each of these situations themselves, or for added power, send healing to the emotion you have when you are in each of these situations.

Remember that distant healing is most powerful when we have a strong Reiki self-healing practice.

If you’re seeking anything, it helps to spend at least 30 minutes healing all the front and back chakras daily, and if you wish it to be even more powerful, do quicker 20-minute healings every morning and evening. Most people tend to skip the back chakras, and this will remove the scope of healing your shadow and suppressed emotions/memories. Heal front and back chakras diligently and you’ll find healing to be much more powerful.
