Everyone has desires, aspirations and goals, and we tend to make new resolutions in the beginning of the New Year. But in most cases, we tend to give up only after a few weeks as it is challenging to stay focused and consistent in working towards our goals. At times, a set of competing priorities also hamper our progress and prevent us from delivering our resolutions. Herein, I dive into how to use Reiki to target concentrated energy on achieving our goals while taking stock of the little milestones along the way.
As Reiki practitioners, we appreciate that matter is all condensed energy and we need to leverage this to our advantage. Manifesting is a way to materialize certain things and conditions into our lives involving a more direct use of the mind and spiritual energy. It is obvious that we must follow up the manifestation process with a plan of action, but using a manifesting technique generally makes it easier and quicker. To accomplish this, we must empower the Third Eye Chakra and the Solar Plexus Chakra. While the former brings about focus and clarity, the latter strengthens determination, discipline and will power. With a strong and balanced Third Eye Chakra, visualization becomes incredibly powerful and you can put its creativity to use through these steps to make your most audacious dreams come true. So every morning after waking up and before retiring to bed in the night, practice a visualization exercise wherein you begin with meditation.
- Meditate deeply and until you reach the space of utter silence. This is the right moment to start visualization in your mental screen. Watch it vividly and feel its intensity in your Heart chakra. The more intense your emotions, the better it is. Wrap up the exercise with the achievement of your goal and when you wake up, engross yourself in other activities while you avoid revisiting the idea of your target.
With a balanced Solar Plexus Chakra, it would be easier to pursue your goal because you would not procrastinate. Your goal is not an obligation, but a choice you have made and you have to build the momentum by continually working towards it.
- Write your goal on a piece of paper and simultaneously express the emotions connected with it. Charge this paper with the Reiki symbols and keep it in your secret vault or sacred place you have in your house.
When you set the intention to manifest, it is crucial to remember that aligning our energy to the Universal Consciousness is the key to unlocking our infinite spiritual potential. In the state of alignment, we are naturally blessed with the power to intuitively and consciously manifest our goals. Let us all align and manifest a life of abundance, bliss and wholeness this year.
