Concentric Circle Meditation

My name is Sunetra Dasgupta, and I am a shielding addict. Though it sounded as an AA meeting introduction, it is true! I am obsessed with shielding. I shield twice or even thrice a day! Though programming of shield works equally well but I would prefer to do number of times a day. Though shielding is very effective, I was not satisfied with mere shielding, and was looking for something more deep and relaxing. Hence one day when I was meditating I got a beautiful method of shielding and healing myself with violet and white light.

Before I move on to the method, let me first highlight the difference between white and violet light. Few people get confused when to use which. Hence to resolve it, find the description of both below!

Violet Light

Violet Light originally was taught by Lord Buddha, which was then passed to Mother Kwan Yin, who recently in the 1930s passed on to St. Germain, who is the current holder of the Violet Light. Hence when we invoke the Violet Flame/Light we call upon Ascended Master St. Germain or we may also call upon Archangel Zadkiel. The Violet flame is a wonderful tool of Spiritual Alchemy. It purges and transmutes everything negative, or what is not for our highest good. Hence it can be used to remove negativity from our physical and mental body, and also it’s an excellent way to purge your karmas across space, life and dimension.

White Light

White Light is the healing light. It has a very comforting presence and gentle in nature. It almost feels like a mother’s womb, very nurturing. It has such a comforting presence that even when entities or spirits are sent back to the creator, they are sent to white light. The white light is the purest form of energy which enters our body and floods our aura and heals the body, mind and soul. When the Violet flame cleans out all the blockages and debris from our aura and body, we fill it with white light, such that healing can take place. The combination of these 2 energies is so beautiful that it its almost surreal.

How to go about the meditation?

• Sit in a comfortable position with eyes closed and ensure no one disturbs you for minimum of 5 minutes.
• Draw the power symbol on all your chakras, also your palms.
• Visualise yourself in a White bubble/circle, and intend “Reiki Heal me with the white bubble Reiki energy for the next 24 hours” X3 times.
• Now visualise the white bubble being enveloped in a violet ball/circle, and intend “Reiki shield the white bubble in violet light for the next 24 hours” X3times.
• Seal the energy with the reverse power symbol.

The violet light purges all the negativity and lets only the purest forms of energy enter the white circle/purple. Hence we are shielded with the violet light and also at the same time being healed with the nurturing white Reiki energy. Do practice this method and let me know your feedback!
