Spiritual Clean-up

When I talk to people about Spiritual cleanup, they generally laugh at me (P.S: Energy healing practitioners ☹ ). I sometimes find my cluttered even though I am everyday healing myself. Some point in our life when we are dealing with too many healing modalities and we almost practice everything together, it can make our soul overburdened and we feel very jammed, confused and irritated from inside. There comes a time when everything seems to be blurred and nothing is working for us, it is time to get a spiritual cleanup done.

What is spiritual cleanup?

Spiritual cleanup is a concept of “diamond cuts diamond”. Where we use one healing modality to reduce the obsessive or the compulsive nature of ours to practice all healing tools together! I know someone who was practicing Reiki, Tarot Cards, Akashic records, meditation, Crystal healing and 7 other things together apart from which she was also healing and teaching many people at the same time!!! This made her feel cluttered and emotionally cut off from inside.

How is the cleanup done?

There are various ways to do the cleanup. The common thing between all is to take a salt water bath before the cleanup and then sit in a quiet meditative position for around 5 minutes, taking 8 to 10 deep breath.

Light a candle in front of you and ask the universe to put all your clutter, burden and the compulsion to practice all the healing modalities in the flames of the candle. Imagine all the clutter coming out of your Crown chakra and getting burnt in the candle flame.

Alternately you can write down the names of all the healing modalities and rest of your burden on a paper, give it Reiki for a few minutes and then burn it in the candle flames. As you burn the paper you can ask the Universe which is the healing modality you should practice every day, and you shall get an answer.

Spiritual cleanup can be done monthly or bi monthly depending on once practice. Each time you may be asked to practice a different healing modality, which is a good as we are doing some spiritual cleaning everyday and self healing does not become boring.

P.S: This technique may trigger some emotional crisis, one may feel like laughing or crying, and in some cases both at the same time. It is only because you are releasing the excess stagnant energy.
