“Home is where the heart is.”
Home is a place where we live with our loved ones, our family. No matter where we go but the peace and love we find at our home, cannot be found anywhere else in the world. Hence we must maintain the balance of love, positivity, and happiness every time. But how is it possible to maintain the balance? It is not feasible to stop guests from visiting us and every guest brings some kind of energies either positive or negative. Even our energies clutter the house and lower the vibrations. For cleansing your house from such negative energies here is a simple ritual I am sharing today.
You need: Sage/incense sticks, white tea-light candle, white flowers of your choice (optional).
Preferred day: Sunday (if not possible on Sunday’s you can choose any day as per your convenience).
Step 1: De-clutter, clean and organize your house. Keep windows and doors open to let sunlight and fresh air in. Take a bath and wear clean clothes. (If possible wear white clothes)
Step 2: Find a quiet place in your house where you love to spend your time. It could be your study, terrace or garden.
Step 3: Sit on the ground (don’t use mats or cushions). Relax. Take a few deep breaths and concentrate on your breathing pattern. Meditate till you feel connected with mother earth and your house. Call Archangel Michael and ask him to keep you protected from any kind of negativity or lower energies during the ritual.
Step 4: Burn sage/incense sticks. I feel sage is best to do the cleansing (for house or self). In case it is not available you may use some good quality incense sticks made from natural ingredients. Now draw Cho-Ku-Rei (if you are attuned to) in the air on the entrance, ceiling, and floor of your house. Invoke mother Reiki to empower these symbols and intend that all negativity and lower energies are washed away from every part of your house.
Step 5: Call Archangel Michael and meditate with him for some time. Now ask him to cleanse your house from any kind of negativity, lower energies, curses or evil eye and send them into white light. Visualize a bright white light from above absorbing all negativity and a beam of pink light filling every void and every part of your house. This pink light has brought lots of positivity, love, and happiness.
Step 6: Visualize that Archangel Michael has enveloped your house in his marvelous bright purple light of protection. Say this prayer “Dear Archangel Michael and Mother Reiki, fill my house with your unconditional love, light, and energies. Thank you.”
Step 7: Light a white tea-light and place some white flowers near the entrance of your house. Express your gratitude to Archangel Michael, Mother Reiki, and Divine.
Drink some water at the end. Do some grounding exercises.
Important: Perform this ritual every Sunday for cleansing and raising vibrations of your house.
Bonus Tip: Use essential oil (lavender/sandalwood/rose) in a diffuser while doing meditation.
Note: Always be careful with fire and never leave it unattended.
