Goddess Hekate Meditation
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, exhale and let go. Take a deep breath, exhale and let go. Do it three or four times until you feel completely relaxes.
You are in a beautiful garden, all around you are bushes and trees whenever you look at.
The sound of the birds mixes with the sound of the wind blowing in your face, in front of you, there is a path. In both sides, there are beautiful flowers, roses, amazing and colourful roses.
Start to walk along the path smelling their fragrance. Take a blue one and thank the plant for that beautiful gift.
In front of you, you can see a clear area, separated from the path with high edges and you walk in.
In front of you, it is a large marble statue, as you look at it, you see it has four sides, so there are four different figures of the same Goddess, Goddess Hekate.
This statue is in the middle of a crossroads which leads to four paths. Take your time to see the four faces and their appearances.
In front of you, it´s Hekate of the Light, holding a torch of light, lighting your path. Spend a moment looking at it and see how you feel.
Start to walk around the statue, clockwise, next to it, it is Oceanic Hekate, standing strong against the sea waves. Look at it and realize about the details of the fish on her hand, her long bluish hair …
Turn round the statue again, it´s the Ancient Hekate, with a torch in her hands, with the wisdom of our ancestors in her.
Then continue around and it is The Cosmic World Soul Hekate, sleeping of joy and unconditional love in her eyes.
You can feel her energy, her presence in this garden. Close your eyes and breathe deeply. Open your palms placed on your knees and feel the energy of the figure in front of you.
Feel Hekate besides you, with a white cloth, overflowing with love, feel her strength, her power, and prepare yourself for a journey with her, she will take to one, two … or even the four paths…
It´s time to return back, you get the way to the statue, and she stands beside you, thank her presence, her time, her teaching. Close your eyes again and let her go. Return to the roses path, feel its fragrance. And when you are ready open your eyes in the present moment.
