Healing Meditation with Archangel Raphael

Archangel Raphael can help us with health and physical healing. He radiates a lovely green light which soothes and heals. His energy can clear away the stress from our bodies and infuse them with energy and vitality.

The following meditation will put you in touch with high vibrational energies and benefit your health and well being.

1. Lie down on your bed or on a mat.
2. Have a bottle of water near you.
3. You may light a green or white candle if you wish to.
4. Take a few deep breaths to centre yourself.
5. If you are attuned to the Reiki symbols, visualise them forming over you.
6. Call upon Archangel Raphael to be with you and to help you heal.

7. Visualise a ball of green light (emerald green to be precise) forming over you.
8. Breathe in this light and visualise it flowing through every cell of your body. Your body will naturally begin to relax. Allow the process to unfold naturally.
9. If there is a specific body part or organ that needs attention, you may also visualise this light over it.
10. Do not try to control the outcome. Instead, hold a clear intention to heal, let go and just enjoy the feeling of being enveloped in this soothing energy.
11. Stay in this energy field for as long as you feel like. Keep breathing in the green light and visualise it flowing through your entire being. Allow your physical body and energy field to receive all the healing that they need.
12. Once done, express your gratitude to Archangel Raphael and to Reiki.
13. Drink plenty of water to help flush out any energetic toxins that may be released during the healing.

If you do this meditation at bedtime, you will most likely fall asleep midway. This may be a good option for people who have hectic schedules and also for those who have a hard time falling asleep. Alternately, you may do this meditation before you commence your Reiki self healing practice. You may also do this first thing in the morning and start off your day with great energy!
