Your Key to Spiritual Growth – Family Healing

It is said that before we decide to take birth in the physical realm, we decide the kind of life that we will live, we decide the kind of family that we will reincarnate in, the people and circumstances that we will encounter. We choose all of this based on the experiences that we want to have and the lessons that we need to learn.

Our family is a major area of life through which we learn our life lessons and that is the reason our family can be one of the most difficult people to deal with. They’re living with us in a physical space and even though we love them they can be one of the most difficult people to deal with in our lives and as we move along the journey of life we build up a lot of negative emotions towards each other. We become overwhelmed by feelings of anger, hurt, resentment, mistrust etc clouding our love and affection for each other. We forget all the beautiful moments of happiness and joy shared together. And as we function from this state of anger, hurt, resentment etc the universe brings in more situations of the same, for this is the universal law.

Here is a technique that helps you shift to a more positive vibrational frequency and enables you to give and receive love more freely to each other and let go of any negative emotions that stop you from resonating at your highest frequency.

Technique

• Sit in a relaxed and comfortable position. Clear out all the distractions.
• Invoke the divine Reiki to flow through you. Call upon your Reiki guru’s, Reiki masters, Angels, Archangels, Spiritual Angels, Spiritual Guides and your personal Reiki master to assist and guide you in this process.
• Shield and ground yourself and use whichever technique that is comfortably to you to reach the state of Alpha.
• Once you are in Alpha, take three deep breaths and as you exhale say the words relax yourself. And visualize yourself in your healing space.
• Once you are in your healing space, call your family into your healing space and make them sit in a circle ( you being a part of the circle).
• Use symbol #3 HSZSN and invoke a ball of forgiveness into your hands.
• As you are holding this ball of forgiveness draw in its energy as you allow yourself to be forgiving by yourself and all members of your family.
• Once you’re done pass on the ball to the next family member and repeat the same process until all members of the family have been forgiven by themselves and each other. You can return the ball back to the source or place this energy of forgiveness in your hearts once the process is complete.
• Next using symbol #2 SHK invoke a pink ball of infinite love from the source. Hold it in your hands draw in its energy as you allow yourself to be loved by yourself and all members of your family. Draw in as much love as required. Send it to any pain in the body. To all the organs and systems that are feeling sad, depressed or ill. To all the chakras and all levels of your aura. Fill your entire being with the energy of love.
• Once you’re done pass on the ball to the next family member if you notice that the other person has some parts that are not filled with love point it out to them and repeat the same process until all members of the family have been loved by themselves and each other. Once you are done return the ball back to the source.
• Send all the members back to wherever they are in the here and now. Taking with them anything that belongs to them.
• Ground yourself and come out of your healing space.

You can do this technique as often as you like for as long as you want. You can also use it with any other person that you want to improve your relationship with. Use both forgiveness and love when you start out initially and as you progress if you feel that all has been forgiven you can directly move to the ball of love.

The technique is fairly simple but the results are remarkable. Not only are you raising your own vibration but also that of your family. As you raise your vibration and that of people around you, you bring into your life situations, circumstances and people that match this new vibration.
