Mirror mirror on the wall who is the fairest of all….?!

Well not just the queen in the fairytale but every girl secretly loves to ask this question when she looks in the mirror every day. Beauty, both internal and external, is an important part of our overall personality. It empowers us exponentially. If you look good, you feel good and hence become more confident. Today I want to share with you a secret Reiki beauty ritual that will make you glow from inside. It will bless you with beauty which shines right through your soul and make you fall in love with yourself forever.

You will need:

1. 3 Rose Quartz stones (tumbled)
2. Lukewarm bathing water
3. Lavender essential oil
4. A clean and thin washcloth (preferably white or pink in colour)

You need to perform this ritual for a period of 15 days continuously. If you miss a day then you need to start all over again. Start this ritual on a New Moon day or a Friday.

Step 1: Charge the rose quartz stones, lavender oil and washcloth with Reiki with an intention of healing your body and blessing you with beautiful and attractive personality. You must charge for at least 15 minutes. Once charged, tie all the stones in the washcloth.

Step 2: Fill your bathing tub with lukewarm bathing water. Draw CKR and SHK symbols with your finger on the surface of water. Put a few drops of charged lavender oil in the tub and swirl the water clockwise while stating your intention.

Step 3: Soak yourself in the tub. Rub your face and body with the tied washcloth gently in circular motions. All the while visualize yourself getting revitalized. Visualize your body getting rejuvenated by the rose quartz and water. Feel the energy. See yourself as the most beautiful and attractive personality.

Step 4: When you feel you are done, come out of the tub. Look at yourself in the mirror and repeat 3 times the following affirmation – “Every cell of my body is radiating with beauty and grace. I am beautiful and I love myself”. Feel every word of what you say. Feel proud of yourself.

Once you are through with the ritual, untie the cloth. Clean the cloth and the stones. Let them dry in shade. Next day repeat all four steps.
