I did this meditation..it was wonderful..after the meditation once..i felt healing for the next 12 hours .continuous Reiki flow..energy thoughts and all type of healing and guidance i was receiving throughout 12 hours.
One of my friends was having severe backache for last 2 months ..she was on bed almost for 2 months, I suggested your root mediation and after three mediations she called me and said that next day she is joining office..such a powerful meditations you have made.
I and my friend are ourselves Reiki Grandmasters.
