Sandra is a Reiki Master/Teacher, Author, Spiritual/Holistic Writer, Spiritual/Holistic Jewelry Designer, Spiritual Development Coach and Life Story Transformation Coach. Sandra is a victim of sexual assault and on her quest for healing she had found peace in spirituality. Sandra successfully transformed and healed her intense emotional trauma through spiritual practices, which led her to her life’s purpose of helping trauma survivors overcome their victim mentality, heal and overcome their emotional pain, take back their lives and rise above their story. Sandra is currently writing her first book "Journey to your Self"- a book about hope, strength and emotional freedom. It tells her story of emotional trauma and how she was able to transform and heal her emotional pain. Sandra designed a unique therapeutic system that can help transform and heal emotional trauma and guide people on their path of spiritual development.
