On the left pages, write down any negative opinions and limiting beliefs you have about yourself, others, and life situations you experience now or have experienced in the past. Send Reiki to the journal each day. When you feel ready, rewrite the events on the left pages onto the right pages of your journal. Write from a more detached, higher perspective, as if your Higher Self is writing those lines.
