Vibration is an integral aspect of every energy healer’s life.
What kind of vibration do you mostly resonate with each day?
What kind of vibration do you emit out into the world?
Do you absorb vibrations from people and situations?
When we practice energy work, we tend to grow sensitive to energy. While this can make our experience of life richer, it can also drive us into feeling low as we pick up on denser vibrations easily.
Love, joy, and gratitude are some of the highest vibrations we can embody.
When we embrace these frequencies, we become magnets to accomplish more and also to live life more fully.
The challenge is to ensure we stay in a higher vibration for a large part of our day.
A daily energy protection routine can help us embody higher vibrations with ease, as can grounding and spending time in nature.
Music can also help elevate our vibration to a higher level. Personally, music has been a significant part of life from my younger years. I see music as my loyal companion and derive much inspiration from it.
Music can be part of our Reiki sessions as well as our day to day life.
Here are three ways music can help
1. Well Being & Relaxation
Play calm and soothing music when you practice Reiki self-healing (or offer Reiki to others). This will soften the vibration of your surroundings and help you enter deeper states of relaxation. The helps you feel good and vibe high.
2. Cleansing of Home/Workspace
Playing Tibetan bell music or chants of your choice at home or in your workspace can have a cleansing effect. Couple this with lighting a candle and/or burning incense and your dwelling space can transform into a high vibing haven!
3. Achieving Goals
Possessing a strong will can be helpful when we have to take action and achieve goals that we set for ourselves. I have found that listening to shamanic drumming music when I need a dash of willpower helps me tune into the frequency of inspired action and makes accomplishing my goals easier. Do try it if you resonate!
Making music an integral part of our existence can bring good energy into the body, peace to the mind, inspiration to the soul, and joy to life!
