Namaste to all. Hope you guys are safe and taking good care of yourself. Today’s article is about how few simple techniques when infused with the power and love of Reiki can be a life-changing experience.
We meet a lot of people every day. We go places. In this process, we absorb a lot of negativity and lower energies. This keeps getting accumulated in our mind, body and aura without our knowledge. Due to lack of awareness, these negativities make a permanent accommodation in our energy field. It is like a drain pipe where a lot of sludge gets accumulated and if regular cleaning is not being done, the pipe eventually starts giving a bad smell and chokes. Hence the flow stops. To regulate the flow, regular and proper cleaning is required. You will be finding it silly that why I am giving an example like that. The reason is simple and clear. The more you relate to the issue with a daily life example, you will find it simple to resolve the issue.
Now you can relate to what I am talking about. Right. It is about cleansing and protecting ourselves from any type of negativity we come across daily. Once our Aura is strong enough then anything that is not in alignment with Divine’s light, will not harm us anyhow.
Daily cleansing is effective against any kind of lower energies or vibration that are not meant for our highest good. It can help us let go of what no longer serves us. The aim is to be more protected and in alignment with the Divine’s light. Hence keeping ourselves more positive and energized.
How Reiki can help us do so?
Here is a simple ritual we need to follow every day in continuity for 21 days.
- Once you are in the shower, call your Reiki guides and invoke mother Reiki.
- Now make a sandwich of CKR-SHK-CKR between your palms. Rub your palms till you feel the sensation between your hands. It feels like there is some strong energy being generated.
- Now focus and start sending Reiki to your shower head. Give intention that shower head is infused with Reiki energy to drain all negativity and anything that no longer serve your highest good/purpose.
- Keep sending Reiki for 3 minutes or more.
- Once your shower head starts, imagine millions of CKR and SHK symbols are falling on you with every drop of water. This water is now cleansing all impurities, negativity, illness and pain. It is helping you heal and rejuvenate.
- Once all the impurities are dissolved deep down the drain visualize CKR and SHK symbols are now healing you and making a protective shield around you. You are now cleansed, healed, protected and rejuvenated.
- Express your gratitude towards mother Reiki, Reiki guides and God for their blessings. Also, be thankful for clean water that is available to you for your use and survival.
- Additionally, you may invoke Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael to be with you during this ritual. Ask them for healing and protection. Remember to be thankful for every Divine being and Divine energies. Keep your hands folded near your heart while expressing your gratitude.
After 21 days you may follow this ritual as and when you feel like.
