We humans are a reservoir of natural emotions. These emotions create a shift in our body energy field. When we are filled with pleasant feelings our body emanates happiness and we feel aligned with the Universe. This emotion of happiness and joy is a significant contributing factor towards good health.
On the other hand, the constant state of unpleasant emotions or thoughts create imbalances in our body energy system. Fear is one of the most powerful negative emotions that significantly create blockages in the human energy field.
The language between the mind and body is emotion. The emotion of the fear triggers that something is lacking love and in need of healing. The fear can be of any type – fear of change, fear of failure, fear of not feeling deserving, fear of uncertainty, or anything else.
Imbalances in the energy pathways due to the constant state of fear of any kind can lead to kidney issues of the person or improper kidney functioning or kidney stones.
The concept of ancient eastern medicine is based on the body meridian system where they believe that the emotion of fear gets stored in the kidneys and makes the kidney meridian unhealthy and imbalanced. This disturbance starts from the heart and comes down to the kidneys where it manifests as fear.
Kidneys – the part of the human body system situated on either side of the spine just below the ribcage. In scientific expression, the kidneys are considered to be a major part of the human body that helps to remove body wastes and extra fluids.
Kidneys are believed to be ‘ministers of Power’ as they are considered to be the most vital organ of the human body as they store ‘the essence’. The essence in this context is the material essential to the physical self as well as essential to the higher self ‘Soul’.
The energetic expression of the kidneys are as follows:
The element – Water
Emotions – Fear and fright
Related chakras – The Solar Plexus, Sacral and Root chakras
I would love to share my approach towards ‘The holistic way’ to heal the kidneys in 10 simple ways so we all are benefitted.
- Drink Reiki Water – The element associated with the kidneys is water. Drink Reiki water with the intention that ‘My kidneys are happy, healthy and nourished.’
- Solarised Reiki Water – It is based on the technique used by Ancient Indians and Egyptians. It is the technique of incorporating the healing properties of ‘Sun Rays’ in water; by keeping the Reiki Water in a glass container enclosed with a relevant colour filter in the sunlight for approximately 6-8 hours. Use the colour filter related to lower chakra colours and only one colour at a time for a few days. Orange colour filter is normally used, and red colour should be incorporated very sensibly. But do not overdo with any colour.
- Reiki the foot and toes – The kidney meridian source point is located at the base of the foot from where the ‘ki’ enters the kidney meridians. Perform healing of this point.
- Reiki the kidney itself – Draw the Reiki symbols you are guided to and channel Reiki with the intention of healing on the kidneys.
- Channel Reiki to the Collarbone area – The kidney meridian end point located on the collarbone. This point is situated just under the collarbone where the collarbone, breastbone and first rib meet.
- Mudras – Perform hand mudras with Reiki charged hands. Mudras activate the relevant energy pathways and chakras in the body.
Precaution: Do not overdo. If uncomfortable, please stop. People suffering with blood pressure issues, especially high blood pressure, do not perform without the consultation of professionals- Adi Mudra – It is also known as anti-depression mudra. Both palms facing the sky, touch the tip of the thumb at the base of the little finger. Now, make a fist by curling the rest of the fingers over the thumb by applying a very gentle pressure.
- Bhudi Mudra – It is also called as fluid mudra as it brings the balances to the water element in the body. Touch the tip of the thumb with the tip of the little finger and rest of the fingers extended in a relaxed way. Perform deep diaphragmatic breathing while holding the mudra for a few minutes.
- Switchwords – “CHANGE DIVINE ORDER”, “FIND DIVINE ORDER”, concentrate on kidneys when chanting or channelling Reiki along or making a Reiki intention slip with the Switchwords.
- Reiki the palm and fingers – The index finger is associated with the emotions of fear and connected with kidneys.
- Chakra Balancing – Perform chakra balancing with Reiki symbols as all chakras are interconnected. Though more healing may be required on the lower chakras – Solar Plexus, Sacral and Root.
- Ho’oponopono – It is an ancient Hawaiian healing technique based on the power of forgiveness. It helps us to release the stored emotional baggage.
I AM SORRY MY KIDNEYS
PLEASE FORGIVE ME MY KIDNEYS
I THANK YOU MY KIDNEYS
I LOVE YOU
After practicing Ho’oponopono most of us feel lighter; the first sign towards healing.
Here, I would like to share my experiences from two different Reiki healing sessions:
- The Reiki healing session was requested for a client who was not excreting body wastes from the past three days. After a few hours of the first healing session, this problem was resolved.
- In another scenario, the client was suffering from the problem of frequent urination with no other known medical condition. The client was also complaining of not having proper uninterrupted sleep. The Reiki healing session not only resolved the problem of frequent urination but also improved sleep.
Though both scenarios are entirely different, with one person passing no body fluids and another passing too much. But admire the beauty of Reiki here, it worked for both scenarios.
To come out of the energy of fear and to get and gain our willpower we have to make our kidney and its meridian healthy and balanced.
Always remember regular self-healing is the building block of Reiki. Let us take the responsibility of our own ‘heal-th’ and empower ourselves with Reiki and make our body whole and complete.
