Reiki helps us develop our ability to be grateful. We do share gratitude with our clients, students, families and friends. As with Reiki, gratitude becomes an important part of our daily life.
We are all unique and our gratitude will be unique as well. Once you start listing your gratitude, it never stops and continues to expand each time you review it. I infuse Reiki into my list. If you are attuned to Reiki II, add the symbols when infusing Reiki.
The following is my gratitude list which may help you create a list of your own:

Gratitude can help heal the body, mind and spirit. Though my list is long and growing, I use only a few at a time. One way you can use a gratitude list is to write grateful messages on a piece of paper and carry them with you. In addition, you can memorize them and let them come to you when needed. I include grateful messages every morning before I start my day and in the evening before going to bed. During the day I often allow for a short Reiki session, together with grateful messages and affirmations. I am grateful to be able to share my list with you. You will find the more you express gratitude, the more it becomes an automatic part of your daily life.
