Energetic Cleansing with the Violet Flame

As energy beings – whether we are ‘healers’ or practicing other occupations – we hold great power in co-creating and manifesting our collective realities. Whatever we feed, grows, hence it is extremely essential to feed consciously.

Energy work, as fancy as it sounds to people who are new to this, doesn’t have to be complex. Backed by strength in intention and a heartfelt wish for it to benefit all for their highest good, it is, in fact, one of the simplest yet profound gifts you can offer and contribute with.

A lot of us are already familiar with the Violet flame. For those of us who are not – the Violet flame is an etheric flame that is capable of transmuting even the densest energy to light. So basically, you can work with it to cleanse Karma, bring about healing, keep your vibration high, aura clean and in any other way you wish to get creative with it.

There’s a lot of material out there on the Violet flame and some of it even warns us to use it carefully because of its super powers. As with everything else, I reiterate – if anything is done with purity of heart only brings benefits and doesn’t harm the giver or the receiver. Asking the Angels to work with you during your sessions, brings a new and high vibing energy into the entire healing process. And what’s better, is that anything that may be scary or ‘not safe’ for you or the recipient is automatically kept at bay. You can imagine it to be akin to working with the strongest and most invincible armor in the entire world!

Coming back to the Violet Flame – invoking its presence and healing during uncertain times can be a very powerful yet wonderfully healing experience. I am outlining the basic steps below. Feel free to back it up with your intuition and guidance as well.

1. Sit in a comfortable position and place where you will be undisturbed for at least 30 mins. Palms on your thighs facing the ceiling. If you are willing, ask the Angels to guide your session and bless it with their active presence and healing.
2. Close your eyes and focus on the natural rhythm of your breath. You don’t need to force it, just let it flow naturally.
3. Imagine a beautiful white light flowing in from above your head into your crown. Allow it to fill your head up and continue to flow downwards into your forehead, the back of your head, your nose, your ears, cheeks, jaws, chin, throat, shoulders. Imagine this splitting up and flowing into your arms, forearms, and fingertips and flowing back up into your shoulders. Continue to let this energy flow down into your heart center, your solar plexus, your spine, your stomach, pelvis, thighs, knees, ankles, feet, toes right into the soles of your feet. Now let this energy flow to the center of the earth firmly anchoring you. Take a moment to enjoy this feeling of being one with the earth, of being fully present here while still being so connected to your lightbody.
4. Now imagine a cocoon of light being created around you from the center of the earth going straight up above your head. This is your bubble of protection. (You don’t have to focus on trying to get a particular color of light. Whatever color comes up for you is right for you, trust your guidance)
5. Once this bubble is complete, visualize a Violet colored flame on the outer periphery of your bubble. Let it take its time to envelope your bubble in its purifying and healing energy and gratefully set an intention that whatever is love and for your highest good enters your bubble and vice versa. Anything that is lesser than love or peace is transmuted to light before it reaches you.

6. You can also choose to fill your home with this beautiful light, and create a safety shield with the Violet flame around it. (You can also do this for your loved ones)
7. Now that you have successfully shielded yourself and your home, you are ready to send out some healing vibes to the planet at large.
8. Rub your palms together to generate heat and activate energy within you.
9. Visualize the planet in your mind’s eye and send your healing vibes with your palms (moving your palms away from yourself toward the planet.
10. Imagine the planet and all its creatures filled with healing and light and all density being transmuted and healed through the Violet flame. You can also ask the Angels to sprinkle their Angel dust and healing across the globe and ask them to heal and protect everyone. Feel free to set specific intentions or say out loud any affirmations that may be popping up in your mind.
11. Once you feel your healing session is complete, come back into your bubble of light and notice the violet flame still burning in the outer periphery.
12. This is your safe space. Feel free to open your eyes when you are ready.

This is a simple, yet powerful healing session that anyone can practice. If you find it difficult to imagine or visualize but are more comfortable with just ‘knowing’ that healing is taking place or just feeling the energy – follow what comes naturally to you. We all have our own unique way of experiencing energy and the way it comes forward is not as important as it actually coming forward.

Another great idea would be for you to practice this with the rest of your family (if they are willing, of course) so that the energy is amplified and the healing is more powerful.
