Reiki Sauna Bath

Dear loving energies,

Many of us have enjoyed the Sauna sessions and have returned home feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The comfort is appreciated so much that many have had saunas arranged at home also. This helps them to slip into the comfort of a sauna bath after a hectic day of work. However, many of us find it a task to book appointments, travel to the Sauna spas to enjoy the sessions and rather prefer to be at home and relax.

Here I share a simple process with our beloved Reiki to get a refreshing Sauna experience at our homes 🙂

• Setting – To get that additional feeling of a luxurious sauna setting, find a quiet corner in the house, play some soothing music, dim the lights, light a fragrance candle stick (decorative candles are better option) and/or set an oil diffuser lamp. These settings are just optional to create a surrounding that resonates with a proper sauna.

• Wear soothing clothes, sit comfortably on a chair with feet on the ground. It is recommended that you drink a glass of warm water before you begin. Focus on the breathing for a few minutes, allow your mind to get calm and slow down. Thank the universe, guides, gurus and invoke Reiki to flow through you. Join your hands in Gassho position and feel the energy between the palms.­

• Imagine small CKR symbols floating inside the bubble, in hundreds and thousands of numbers. These are glowing with high energy and imagine them entering your body through the pores of the skin. As they enter the skin through the pores, you will experience a sudden thrust of energy and increase in blood circulation.
  ­
• As the CKR’s continue to enter the body, feel the increasing heat between palms and rapid flow of energy in the body. As energy enters the body, the toxins are getting cleared in the form of stagnant dense energy that would be released to the ground through your feet.

• Pray to mother earth as she receives all this negativity from your physical, mental and emotional body. Make a master symbol for mother earth if you are attuned to it and imagine the earth transmuting all of this dense energy to light.

• Now as you get cleared of the toxins, it is time to charge yourself with Reiki. At the Crown chakra imagine a CKR-SHK-CKR sandwich in golden light and feel the energy inside and outside the Crown chakra. Then continue down to the Third Eye chakra and again see the same high energy combination of CKR-SHK-CKR energizing the Third Eye chakra. Continue with all chakras till Root chakra.

• Now give the final boost. Imagine the symbols rotating at the chakras, initially in a slow speed then increasing the speed spreading the golden light all over inside and outside yourself. Inhale the energy, you can now imagine yourself completely submerged in golden healing light of the universe. Be present in the moment, feel the energy and after you are full, slowly open your eyes and express gratitude for the experience. You can seal the aura with CKR so that this energy stays with you for long.

You will experience all the benefits of a sauna bath with this Reiki sauna experience like deep relaxation, detoxification, easing of pain, release of endorphins (feel good chemicals), increased blood flow, stress reduction, glowing skin, enhanced feeling of wellbeing to name a few. However, I am sure this will be a more abounding experience than a luxurious sauna session 🙂 as somethings can only be described better after experiencing.

This Reiki sauna doesn’t require any special settings and can be done anytime in the comfort of your home. My take, do it once or twice a week to get refreshed and recharged as a light-worker.
