Feelings and emotions… they are powerful. We are on this earth to experience, explore and learn things that you can only feel within a human body. The feeling of the first time you put your feet in the sand, swam in the ocean, or had your first kiss, your first heartache, your first great loss. You are here to feel and experience emotions, to live and expand… learn and grow. All of it is part of the human journey. And, in a world where drones are delivering packages, cars are driving themselves and people are connecting through devices more than in person… the human experience is shifting. There seems to be an app for everything, but there is no way that a device or a robot can share or feel an emotion. Our feelings and emotions are in our energy. They are the expressions of our soul.
When our feelings and emotions get trapped, it can interrupt the flow of joy in our life and keep us from living as we are meant to. We can become stuck or frozen, anxious or stressed. That blocked energy can lead to illness and injury. Thankfully, Reiki can help move trapped energy, helping us align ourselves to feel better. Reiki guides us with love and light and shows us our connection to our power. It reminds us that we are a part of the energy that flows through all living things. When we tap into this universal life force, it changes your perception. You feel so much bigger and realize you can work through anything.

In a world that is getting increasingly technical, it is easy to feel overwhelmed. It is hard to keep up, stay in the game, to feel current and valid. Reiki is our connection to an energy that is far more powerful than any energy that could ever be created by technology. That is empowering. While technology connects us to each other, in ways that were not previously possible… it is crucial to connect to our emotions, outside of this technology. Reiki is an excellent tool for healing through feeling.
If everyone spent even just a few minutes each day doing self-care Reiki, instead of searching the Internet on their phones, I truly believe we could create a calmer, brighter collective energy. I believe it is possible. Just a few minutes to plug into your own energy and center yourself, could make a huge difference. I think it is crucial to have this connection in today’s world.
More and more people are realizing the benefits of Reiki energy. Perhaps we can balance the advancement of our modern world experience with our human experience, by connecting regularly with Reiki. There is no app for that.
