Timelessness with 5-min Reiki Boost Exercise

Article by Nivedita Bhosale

Time is defined as limited and measurable. We, as human beings, organize our lives to function within the bounds of time. Many times, we find ourselves running out of time to accomplish the things that we plan to do. Trying to balance time between work, family, hobbies/interests, wears us down and at times leads to stress. The recursive thoughts of place of work, nature of work, work environment, people with whom we work occupies our minds leaving no time for anything else.

After I started as a Reiki practitioner, I found my efficiency improve as I was able to make time for work, relaxation, family, friends, and self. Prior to being a Reiki practitioner, I lacked clarity of thoughts with a non-directional priority for things that consumed 1/4th of my life. During the initial days of practice, I was unaware how easily things were getting completed in time, leaving time for more. As I groomed into self-healing, I found not only was I able to derive contentment in all things that I did, but I also was able to complete them with enthusiasm and energy.

Reiki taps into our infinite being and helps expanding it. Pursuing daily self-Reiki, promotes taking charge of our emotions and holds the wandering mind in place. It works on all levels of our existence going beyond this lifetime and nullifies that which no longer serves us for our highest good. It re-instates self-worth and self-awareness.

“Time and space always change, but there is something which is eternal and changeless. For example, the world and time, past or future, nothing exists for us in sleep. But we exist. Let us try to find out that which is changeless and which always exists.” -Ramana Maharshi

Timelessness with 5-min Reiki Boost Exercise

Reiki raises consciousness creating space to focus on purposeful things. It enhances our potential to invest time in what we enjoy doing without being forceful or rigid. Recollect a time when you felt completely in tune with yourself, that you lost the track of time. It could be taking a walk-in nature, or playing your favorite sport, or watching your fur-baby play. Whatever it is that makes you jump on to your vibration, making you present in the moment, creates a rhythm. This natural rhythm is reinforced with Reiki. With the plentiful resource of time that gets available, your soul freely bounces with enthusiasm as it approaches different tasks. It’s said that even little Reiki daily goes a long way because it influences our choices based on purpose and joy.

Perform this simple 5-min Reiki boost to align with your inner self and empower yourself.

  1. Imagine yourself in a white light balloon filled with Divine Love.
  2. Invoke Reiki and intend that you are deeply fulfilled by abundant time and what you decide to utilize it for. (You could use affirmative statements to empower this thought.)
  3. Use Hon-Sha-Ze-Sho-Nen and Sei-He-Ki to energize your intention and release accepted judgements about time
  4. Envision your life in joy and gratitude of experiencing the limitless time

Reiki creates knowingness of perceiving everything as likely and achievable. It awakens us as we operate from the seat of soul perceiving ourselves and time as infinite.
