A Case Study of Healing Rheumatoid Arthritis

After receiving a couple of cases of marital discord and how Reiki helps in improving life situations, I have decided to share one of my case taken upon request for one of my clients in the year 2015.

Background of The Case

A lady named Sujata (name changed) was divorced by her husband and started residing with her old parents (not financially sound) and 10 years old son. She was working in an MNC. Her joint pain started in the year 2010 and her doctor prescribed her painkiller. She used to take one pill every 10 hrs to suppress the rheumatic pain.

Due to her health condition, she was not able to cope up with the work pressures in the office, even getting up in the morning and preparing herself for office was a big task. Because of her son, she wanted to continue with the job, though her doctor advised her for complete rest at home and change to any part-time work. When things started getting worst one of her family friend helped her to connect with me for healing.

Once I started with the distance healing sessions for her joint pain, her conditioned improved, she was getting better with each healing session. The duration of the healing process was one month and 10 days.

Method of healing:

1. Aura Cleansing – salt bath before bedtime daily. One may use a Reiki technique for aura cleansing.
2. Grounding – imagine the roots coming out from sole and reaching to the inner core of the earth, the color of the inner core is red in color, crystalized the roots there firmly. Another method of grounding advised by me was a morning walk on the grass.
3. Focus on the joints, imagine that the roots are the channel to take up the earth energy to each and every joint of fingers, elbow, and knee.
4. Healing for 10 mins daily with Reiki symbols Cho Ku Rei+ Sei He Ki+ Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen only focusing on all joints.
5. Heal all the 7 major chakras starting from the Root chakra. For healing; chi ball method with the specific color chi ball has been incorporated. Prayers were done for her and son daily at night during meditation for the issues she was facing in her life.
6. Shielding – After healing, shield your client inside a pink and then violet pyramid.
   • After shielding her with pink pyramid draw Cho Ku Rei and Se He Ki on the three sides of the pyramid.
   • Then shielding her with a violet color pyramid and draw Cho Ku Rei on the sides of the pyramid.

I advised her to increase water intake to flush out the toxins, to increase fresh fruits and juices in her diet. Her intake of pills reduced to one pill of painkiller in 24 hrs within 10 days, on 13th days of healing she started taking the painkiller every alternate day. She also joined yoga classes. Since then there was a marked improvement in her health and diet. During healing sessions she informed me that she often burst into tears, however, her sleep pattern has improved greatly; each morning, she felt rejuvenated.

After a month healing, she started opening up regarding her ex-husband, she informed me that her husband feels guilty of leaving her for another lady and the injustice done to her. Later her ex-husband had also expressed his interest to take responsibility for his son’s education. Her pain and agony were reduced to a great extent with the healing and also the burden of his son’s educational expenses. By the end of the month she was only popping up one pill occasionally as and when required (one pill in 16-20 days as informed by her).

Observation

Her feeling towards her husband of abandoning her for another woman was healed, she started feeling better, she realized it’s not too late and she can still be happy to live a better life. The anger and frustration she was carrying all these years had vanished. Her feeling of not being enough was blocking the happiness to follow. Soon she started taking care of herself, with a realization of her inner beauty. Now, she enjoys mingling with others, goes out with her son more often than cribbing for his future. She has also enjoyed a vacation with her son and parents, her colleagues were also cooperative and, valuing her help and cooperation.

Conclusion

Healing took place finally when she started forgiving the past and let go of the negativity. Her husband got married to another lady, hence, they can’t be together again but her life started changing for better. She had decided to take up Reiki to heal herself completely.
