Sei He Ki is the emotional or mental symbol and it is very important for any healing. It is taught in level 2 in the traditional way which means “God and Man become one”. This symbol brings brain or soul together with body.
As we know, weight management is one of the biggest issues in this modern days. Weight management is not only an issue of body or binge eating, but it is also an issue of emotions and that cause emotional eating or drinking alcohol and abusing body. This emotional symbol is very helpful and important for healing or maintaining the right body weight. It helps to balance different emotions like worry, anger, depression, sadness, fear, nervousness etc. It also helps to bring harmony between left and right hemisphere of the brain. People generally think either from the left or right hemisphere. Very less number of people use both hemispheres in harmony. This is another important thing for right weight for your body. Additionally, when your brain gives you right indications for food or in other words, you have good intuition and presence of mind for what you eat is very important for reaching the right weight. This symbol helps to bring that equilibrium into different parts of the brain.
Now, how to use this symbol for this? If you are attuned to level 2 Reiki, you already know how to draw this symbol and start healing with it. So, for weight management, whenever you do your Reiki practice during your day, start healing with this symbol and mentally visualize that millions of this symbol are coming to you from the universe with light. Each symbol is bringing towards you more emotional balance and healing all the negative emotions and replacing them with positive ones. That helps you to make right food choices for your best health. That will also carry some positive influences in your life.
Now, if you are preparing your food yourself, then you already have your energy into food which actually is the best for your health. So, make sure you cook happily for yourself as well as for your family and that is enough. But if you are eating readymade food or someone is cooking for you, you should give healing to your food before you eat. So, for that, when you get your food, take each spoon and mentally draw the symbol on your food and chew to make sure it becomes like liquid before you grab it. Chewing and imaging that the emotional symbol energy is resonating in food is very important. The more you practice this, more will help you to digest your food and also make you aware of what you are eating plus fill your food with the best Reiki energy which can’t harm, but heal your inner body to the molecular level. This food is gradually going to become your body. Like everyone eats apple or grapes or banana or any other food, it generates energy and constructs amino acids and parts of your body and constructs unique each person. Similarly, anything you eat in the right amount, it won’t make much difference, but how you eat that makes a lot of difference. As I said, if you are getting 20 Cal from a fruit or a vegetable or anything else, doesn’t matter, what matters is how pure that energy is and what it is going to construct in your body. In addition to this, when you are giving Reiki, you are not conscious to only what the food looks like, but you are conscious to its molecular level and also when you are making your food liquid in your mouth before grabbing, it makes even better.
Some more tips:
Eat every 3 hours in small quantity. Don’t eat till you are full as your body sends signals to your brain and it takes some time to tell you are actually full. So, when you feel 70% full, it is time for you to stop and that is the best way to eat the right amount as in 10-15 minutes you will feel full.
More you practice this symbol, more it will help you bring balance in the brain and get right signals. It is always better to eat cooked at home or at good restaurants than eating out at restaurants where underpaid employees making food out of frustration and tiredness and getting their energy. Instead of seeing how much oil you are eating or how much-fried things you are eating, watch what your body needs and feed it.
Water is a very important part of body weight as it is 70%, so make sure you are giving right molecules of water which resonates well inside your body for the best emotional balance.
These are simple things for weight management, it is not something rocket science. Just understand what your body wants and give it. For understanding better, do meditation, give healing and spend some more time with your body. I have lost 14+ kg of weight in less than 3 months before 5 years and also brought PCOS in control when I had a very bad metabolism. So, you can also.
