Have you ever felt very happy and on the other moment very sad?
Especially before the menstrual cycle and during that, it is very common with the ladies. That is due to hormones, Estrogen, Progesterone, and many more. But even on normal days, there are so many reasons for the mood swings. That is not only with ladies but also with men.
Well, this mood swing is very common and if it is affecting too much and making you very aggressive or excited with happiness, then could result in bipolar disorder. But, here, let’s stick to the Mood Swings in normal life and how to heal it with Reiki.
How to Heal Mood Swings with Reiki
Before we start, just give 5 minutes and think about the last time you were very sad or aggressive or reacted with someone in a bad manner.
Happiness is fine and I am not considering it as a mood swing. It should be the normal state of the mind. But, in today’s stress and problems, if someone is very happy or over smiling, we call them abnormal. Well, we don’t give enough time to think about what we are doing and spend most of our time judging someone.
So, today spend at least 5 minutes thinking about your last mood swing. How did you react that time? What was the situation and how you could have reacted in a better way? Think about this and note it down if needed. If this mood swing is very frequent like once or more per day, note down at least 5 situations and how you could have responded to that circumstance.
Everything in life is a surprise, so I don’t guarantee that the same situation will repeat, but still, with Reiki, you can handle any situation gracefully. It is like an exam in which, you don’t know what will exactly appear, but you practice similar to solve the exam questions.
Now, think about the reasons, why did you react that way, write down all excuses possible and try to solve those excuses. It could be a bad person you are dealing with, it could be a problematic relationship or due to ill health or due to some other problems or stress conditions. Find all the reasons possible and write down possible solutions.
Keep this paper with you while performing the following meditation.
- Keep calm and sit in a comfortable position in a quiet place.
- Start deep breathing and calm your whole body.
- Start the Reiki flow and do all the symbols.
- Connect yourself with all the memories of the past mood swings with the distance healing symbol and use the emotional symbol and give healing to each memory.
- Visualize only what you should have reacted to and how would you react in a similar situation in the future.
- Rehearse mentally at least 3 times in each situation. It won’t take more than 2 minutes per situation.
- Now, give Reiki to that with Third Eye chakra with golden rays. See that you are better emotionally in any stressful conditions and mood swings are much less as you become calm and compose to deal with any situation.
- Close these memories with the power symbol and seal it 3 times with the same.
- Heal your paper with all the symbols and give Reiki for 3 minutes.
- Now, when you ready, finish your meditation, open your eyes and you can watch yourself, in the next situation, you will be much better.
