Today I am going to talk about medical basics and relevance of Reiki in a scientific way. I have done my Bachelor in pharmacy and understands how body systems work. So, today I am going to talk about why we need to keep calm and relax and what are the advantages of that and how Reiki is useful in this.
In our body, there are 2 systems. Sympathetic and Parasympathetic. The sympathetic system generally activates when we are in surprise or shock mode or when we are having a sudden problem and we try to find a solution. This system generally dilates our pupils, increase heart rate, fasten heart pumping, stops the digestion process, stop kidney functioning and response using the spinal system rather than the brain and logical thinking. Another system is parasympathetic, which actually relaxes our heart, so decrease in heart rate, activate digestion, waste removal process and many other normal functions happen while this system is running well.
When we are stressed, our sympathetic system activates and nowadays, this becomes very common as most of the time, we are stressed and having problems or when we want to do everything in hurry. So, very rarely like when we are sleeping, our parasympathetic system gets activated. So, problems like blood pressure, wrong decisions (due to taking them in hurry), and many other health problems are common. Not only this, another biggest problem is ageing. People get grey hair, loss of hair and many other problems very early age due to improper waste management and removal of free radicals from the body. In a nutshell, more relaxed you are and more parasympathetic system is activated, more healthier life you live.
So, let’s see how Reiki helps our body system. Reiki is a scientific way to heal our body. This is not something said without any grounds, but said based on years of practice by masters. When we start the flow of Reiki and start healing our body, not only we are changing our system’s energy and replacing with good energy, but also calming our body and activating parasympathetic body system, which helps to work our body at its best.
When the Reiki starts flowing from the Crown chakra to the Root chakra, it is helping waste management and removal at the molecular level and helps to reduce the number of free radicals, calm our heart rate and pumping system, improve our digestion system, metabolism and thereby weight management, optimize the urinary system, neurons work at the best and new memory cells are generated. In short, all the productive works happen at the best when Reiki flows. That is why the number of diseases is decreasing as immunity can work at the best. Reiki is a scientifically proven method which not only heals but also heightened the health of our body.
To conclude, more you are relaxed and calm, the parasympathetic system works at the best. Reiki helps to optimize our body system by calming it and preventing from ageing and destruction inside the body.
