Meditation Doctor of Heaven
1. Sit or lay in a quiet place, close your eyes and breathe deeply. Forget all that surrounds you, this is your moment, realize how the air goes in and out from your body.
2. Inhale in 1.2.3, hold in three and then exhale in three.
3. Now inhale in 1.2.3.4, hold in four and then exhale in four.
4. And now inhale in 1.2.3.4.5, hold in five and then exhale in five. Ask Archangel Michael to surround you with his white and blue light and protect from any negativity.
5. Visualize in your soul chakra a white bright light ball, which rounds clockwise. Visualize how from this ball leaves a white light ray and how it enters in your head and pushes all your fears, worries, pains, disturbances … and how it pushes all to your feet, and how it is releasing from your body, goes to the centre of the Mother Earth and there is burnt in a violet fire.
6. Visualize how this violet fire grows, and grows and touches your feet, feel how this violet fire expands along your body transmuting any negative energy into harmony and feel how it goes up your body, your legs, and your spine until it leaves your body through the head.
7. Visualize now an intense pink light ball in front of your Heart chakra, and see how it leaves a pink light ray and enters in your heart, inside your heart, there it divides in two, one goes to the upper part of your body and the other to the lower part of it.
8. Feel how this love energy fills all your body with feelings of peace and harmony. Repeat mentally. I am harmony, I am harmony, I am harmony, I am peace, I am peace, I am peace.
9. Now that you have your heart and love connection, we are going to connect to the heaven´s doctors and ask for their help.
10. From the presence I am, I invoke the heaven´s doctors to come to help me. I ask for help and support in my treatment of my illness.
11. Now visualize how a tube of silver light starts to connect to your seven chakras and let the energies and the heaven´s doctors place beside you. You will feel how their energy surrounds and how they support in your treatment. Now you have to say them which therapy you have chosen, it can be Reiki, angelical healing …
12. When you feel they have finished you have to say “From the presence I am. I bless that person, all the work was done and the evolution in the name of the source”.
13. Thank the heaven doctors, the light and love energies for all their support. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
