The fact is that anyone can get preeminent results from Reiki. It is actually not difficult, as you have to focus on two things:
- Practicing it daily
- Structured practicing
People fail to get anything close to their fullest potential and extract maximum out of the time and efforts implied on Reiki.
Daily Practicing of Reiki
Do you feel that while beginning the practice for Reiki, you get resistivity to settle down properly?
Most of the people get a feeling of getting up immediately to do other tasks, when they sit down on their chair or mat. There are lots of things to be done, but take care of one thing. When you are beginning your Reiki session, keep away from such issues and concentrate for 10-20 minutes.
Resistance is difficult during early phases, but once you get through it, you will gradually calm down and get through your power. You have to undergo beautiful, alluring and lustrous experience, and then it is great to practice Reiki with proper adherence towards it. Once you start doing it, there will be a huge power arising from vastness of your being.
Constant Reiki practice will build a momentum and your body will slip suddenly into the stage of meditation. You will tap into the deep wells of energy lying within you. Practicing it is critical as you will have to warm up before starting a session. Consistency in practicing will make your moves faster.
Pre-loading or Pre-preparation
Daily practice produces great results. Pre-loading means preparing yourself ahead of time for Reiki activities. Your body and mind have to be ready for facing challenges to load an effectual ‘responsiveness program’ into your body.
How structured practicing can help you?
This is the major reason for not getting amazing results from your efforts. When you have anything structured or well-planned, there will be better scope for you to get the things on a right track.
Structuring the things can REALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
Don’t mess up the things in your Reiki session. Stick to a few things and go deeper on it. If you feel yourself improving, you can get immense benefits of Reiki in your daily life and unstructured Reiki routines can turn you off and reduce the benefits you could get from Reiki treatment.
Reiki Practicing in different levels
Level 1 Practice
Deep breathing and learning Reiki precepts is the major step to be followed in level 1 practice. These 2 things done every day can turn your hands on Reiki well and cover the main energy centers of your body. Work on yourself first and then only you can do it for others. Try Reiki on your own everyday as it will generate best results for you.
Level 2 Practice
Breathing on hara meditation is to be continued (as in level 1) and first mantra is learnt and chanted by focusing on hara. It is the foundation of your mastery. You can also work on symbols during this level. You will notice improvement in using your energy and practicing it more skillfully.
Level 3 Practice
This is the Expert level and you can contact your teacher to take their tips for this level. You will find many videos on post course and make sure that you are getting most out of your practices at this level. You need to keep structured and consistency in your work.
