Tune Your Throat Chakra to Turn Obstacles into Opportunities

The Throat chakra is situated within the Sushumna Nadi at the base of the throat. It is the Centre of the ether element and is represented by a pure blue colour. This chakra corresponds to Laryngeal plexus in the physical body. Throat chakra signifies manifesting will power, wisdom, and trust, communication, creativity, and truthfulness. When the Throat Chakra is imbalanced, people may suffer from bronchitis, hay fever, hypertension, nose problems, teeth problems, thyroid problems, tonsillitis, and influenza.

When Throat chakra is not working properly, a person may find themselves filled with thoughts of anger, revenge and in inflamed situations. One may also find him/herself emotionally congested with feelings of guilt, inflexibility in the mood, yearning for true love, a need for self-recognition, as well as inability to speak up for yourself. To balance this chakra and cure problems caused Reiki symbol RA-KU works very effectively.

Concentration with Reiki symbols will bring perfect repose to mind, body, and soul every time it is practised. With Reiki the introspective power will manifest more and more with which all the mental and physical obstacles will begin to vanish. Grief can be the impetus to action, with Reiki’s symbols.

The thyroid gland is the largest endocrine gland located at the front of the thyroid cartilage of the larynx in the neck. A bilobate endocrine gland on each side of the trachea, connected below the larynx by a thin isthmus of tissue, the secretion of which regulates the rates of metabolism and body growth.

The thyroid gland secretes three hormones:

• Thyroxin – which regulates the metabolic rate.
• Triiodothyronine – which controls the growth, development, metabolism, body temperature, and heart rate
• Calcitonin – helps to regulate the blood’s calcium and phosphate levels

These hormones increase the metabolic rate of the body and increase heat production and maintain basal metabolic rate, thyroxine affects the physiology of excretion. Its deficiency causes decreased urine output. In this situation drink more water and if you can charge the water with Reiki prior to drinking that would work more effectively.

Throat chakra has its own values to manifest your goal alive; with Reiki symbols RA-KU, CHO-KU-REI and SEI-HE-KI you can support yourself. Giving Reiki behind the neck on the spine activates sympathetic chains: they are paired chains of 21 ganglia which extend from the upper cervical level to the sacrum. Each sympathetic chain possesses 3 cervical, 12 thoracics, 5 lumbar and 1 sacral ganglia. The sympathetic nerves stimulate the adrenal glands to secrete adrenaline. Preganglionic fibers, collateral ganglia, and postganglionic fibers also get stimulated, just need to give proper Reiki.

By perseverance, devotion and steady practice, success comes in Reiki after a short time. If a practitioner is melancholy, disheartened and feeble, then there for sure is some error in his devotion. The RA-KU Reiki symbol will help you a lot to manifest all the benefits, from developing the power of endurance to learning about how to bear happiness, misery and pass through all phases of life. It will accelerate the spiritual progression and modification of passion and you will begin to notice how Enthusiasm can help turn difficulties into opportunities.

Meditation:

1. Sit in a comfortable position, if possible cross-legged with eyes closed.
2. Take 3 deep breaths in and out. With each breath out feel any tension in the body released.
3. Now take you focus on the Throat Chakra, feel what is happening, for example, is there spinning, vibration. Do not judge or force any feeling, just observe what there is. If nothing is felt do not worry, just note there is not feeling.
4. Now feel the Reiki symbol RAKU on the Throat chakra surround by a pure blue color.
5. Sit feeling this for 5 to 60 minutes. If new to meditation, start small with 5 minutes and build up each time sitting for a bit longer and build up to 1 hour.
6. When finishing clear the mind by taking 3 deep breathes in and out.
7. Sit for a couple of minutes and now sense what you can feel in the Throat chakra. Then slowly open your eyes.
8. Practice regularly for as long as time permits.
