Capturing the LOL Moments

Capturing the LOL moments here doesn’t actually mean clicking funny pictures, it is basically recreating those moments when you had laughed so hard that stomach hurt or tears welled up or you just couldn’t stop laughing even after your friends stopped. The origin of the idea popped when I was going through my old pictures and there was this picture in which I was laughing openly and heartily. I could not remember why I was laughing so hard. And hence I got this idea of saving these LOL moments and recreate that fun moments.

Earlier I had written about Angel Jar, Money Jar and Manifesting Box and many people have tried these methods and experienced positive results. Capturing LOL Moments has the same basic concept wherein you write down those LOL moments that made you laugh heartily. It could be anything from friendly talks, something happening at home, office or college, something you read online, a movie or show you watched or saw something randomly when you were out… You can write down the whole incident in details so that when you reread it after 6 months or so, you recreate the whole same scenario in mind and have joyous laughing moments again.

Method

1. Take a clean box or a jar. If you can, place a Cho Ku Rei picture at the base of the box/jar. If it’s not possible, simply draw CKR with your fingers and intone the name thrice. Give Reiki to this empty box/jar with the intention to cleanse the jar from any negative and stagnant energies.
2. If you wish, you can decorate the box/jar with LOL or smiley stickers.
3. Every night think about your day and pick the moment that made you burst into laughter, those hilarious moments that made you laugh full fledge without restraints or the moments where you wanted to laugh so hard but you could not and hence it created more bubbles of laughter.
4. Write down those moments on the paper, describing proper details. Mention date as well. When you are done, end with Thank You Angels for bringing joyous and happy moments in my life and for spreading so much laughter into my life, now and forever. Thank you Thank you Thank you.
5. Drop this chit into the box/jar. Do this daily. You may not have these hilarious moments daily to pen down and that is very much okay. As this becomes the part of your routine, you will manifest more and more of these LOL moments in your life.
6. Give Reiki or Chi Ball to this box/jar with the gratitude prayer mentioned above.

Go through this box after 6 months or so or whenever you feel down. You need not empty the contents, keep adding more and more to bring, manifest and recreate more laughter and LOL moments.
