I believe forgiveness is a very sensitive word which is easier said than done. The Power of Forgiveness is strong. The one who apologies and the one who forgives are cleared of their karma.
Forgiveness is an attitude of making a conscious decision of letting go of any emotional feelings related with guilt, anger, revenge, hatred, grudges, frustrations and many more. These feelings create a detrimental affect on the wholeness of the person. These emotions not only distort our aura but also create blockages in our energy fields /centers which in turn affect our vitality and outlook towards life.
To clear these blockages and make space in our lives to move forward we should not hold onto these feelings but just let them go. But in some occasions we, most of us including me, find it very difficult and challenging to forgive someone. For that we have to practice a forgiveness exercise with Reiki. We just have to invoke it for the purpose. The Universal Life Force Divine Energy can lead us to the path of forgiveness and we are privileged to be a channel.
Foregiveness comes from within. It is your own will power. It can’t be forced on you. We should always make sure that forgiveness should be given unconditionally. If we are struggling to forgive someone we should forgive ourselves first to move on. The person who is suffering the most is ‘THE SELF’.
I would like to share my very simple way to the path of forgiveness with self-awareness and affirmations:
Affirmations are the statements that give repetitive command to the sub-conscious mind to develop a positive mindset. I find it easier to channel Reiki on an intention slip written with an affirmation while continuously chanting the affirmation itself. You can draw any Reiki symbols on the intention slip you are guided to.
My affirmation :
I am on the path of forgiveness.
I forgive myself and forgive others forever for the greatest good of all.
Thou shall be done.
Thank you Reiki! Thank you Reiki! Thank you Reiki!
When someone or some thoughts trouble you then give a conscious command to the subconscious mind that we are on the path of forgiveness, to make it smooth “Must Forgive“. The elicit of the forgiveness thought is the start line of the forgiveness path.
If you want to practice affirmations intensively you can follow my article Add More Life to Prayers with Reiki. Reiki is not a miracle but a smooth flow of Universal Life Force Energy can lead you towards miracles.
As Reiki practitioners we lead a life with some principles .Then why not add another principle “Just for Today, Must Forgive”.
Thank you for reading this article.
Infinite Gratitude to my parents and to all the Gurus for their Divine Guidance, Attunement and Blessings.
Love & Light!
