Set your Body Clock

A big pie of the population has a problem with waking up early or on-time. This is common due to many causes including late sleeping habit, stressful life, tensions and many more. But the scientific cause for this struggle is related to the body clock. Our body clock is programmed by our routine and due to that it has set in a way that causes troubles if you want to change the quotidian life.

Many people have a habit of reaching late and always having troubles in terms of time management. That habit not only creates hurdles in their own life but also wastes the precious time of others. Many people want to change this habit, but they are helpless. Reiki is a wonderful energy which helps to maintain body rhythms and therefore, we can help these kinds of people to make their routine more regular.

As our body clock is set from so long, this process I am going to mention takes at least some days. You should follow at least for 30 days. As for 21 days if you follow continuously, your body start changing after 21st day and if you continue this further, it will incorporate this as a habit in your DNA. To start this process, you just have to tell your body what is the real time is.

First of all, try to see, exactly how many minutes you are always late. Let’s say for 10 minutes. Then make sure your all clocks are 20 minutes ahead of the time. Secondly, give Reiki everyday when you sleep and tell your body the time you want to wake up. This time should be again 20 minutes early then your schedule. As your body is already 10 minutes late, we want to make it early. And 10 minutes is the time which actually remains as a buffer. Once you give affirmations to your body, give Reiki and the emotional symbol and seal it with amazing healing energy. This is really an important habit to create which helps you to have more time for each thing and with that you can also apply other time management skills.

This process you can apply effectively in other means too:

  • Weight Management
    The people who want to lose their weight, apart from my article before; they can use this trick to adjust body clock for feeling hungry. By giving food as per your diet schedule and giving Reiki to manage your body rhythm helps you to avoid cravings for food and also helps to manage your metabolism.
  • Sleep Management
    Once you maintain your body energy with Reiki and also regulate the rhythm, you will wake up more fresh and the number of hours required to rest will decrease which leads to more amount of time for your family and personal goals.
  • Concentration
    You can actually use this pattern to create more concentration. When you start any activity, start with Reiki prayer and tell your mind that for next 1 hour I want my full attention to this particular work. This creates miracles as I always use this in my exams and work. That gives me total attention to study or work and I finish the same in less time and with more quality.
  • Remember things
    You can use this Reiki technique to remember things or reminding things. You can tell Reiki to remind you something at a particular time and it will happen for sure. Only thing, your body clock should be on-time else you will remember things before or after the time. So, this technique also helps you to create miracles in daily life.

If you think more, you can always find more and more as Reiki gives endless amazing things in your life. It not only heals diseases but everything. You just need to recognize the need to heal and heal it.
