I would love to share with all of you a very easy Reiki relaxation method that works wonders for people suffering from anxiety disorders, stress disorders, or who would just like a little bit of relaxation. Meditative Reiki House’s offer huge amounts of healing energy that can be accessed at anytime and anywhere. I use it myself and love the sense of peace and relaxation it brings.
A Meditative Reiki House is something that you create simply by envisioning it in your mind. It is a house that is filled with Reiki and offers a safe place to go at anytime full of relaxing, healing Reiki energy. It is a great method to use when having an anxiety attack of any kind. I recommend this method quite a bit for people that have a fear of flying or are just nervous flyers. It is great at helping you to overcome stressful situations. The beauty of this method is that all you have to do is close your eyes and picture the safe Reiki house in your mind.
How to create a Meditative Reiki House:
- Take a few deep breaths and close your eyes.
- Visualize a peaceful, safe, and tranquil house in your mind that you can go to whenever you are in need of relaxation. Pay attention to the little details. Each one really adds to the peaceful healing energy of your space. Are their flowers in front? Are there trees? What color is the house? Is it a big roomy house or a small quaint one?
- Make a large Power or Master Symbol over every side of the outside of the house. Picture a white ball of Reiki healing energy encircling the house and protecting it as a sacred safe space.
- Walk inside the house. What do you notice? Is there a hallway leading to several different healing rooms or is there one large healing space? Is there a pond, waterfall, or spa? Are there plants or animals inside? Can you hear birds singing? What makes it relaxing to you? Are there higher beings present in your healing space to help you heal? Do you notice any candles? Spend time picking up every single detail.
- Next, you notice a special healing area that has been set up just for you inside this Meditative Reiki House. Go to this space. Relax. Feel the Reiki energy run over you for about ten min or however long you feel called to do so. When done ground yourself and give thanks.
You now have your very own special Meditative Reiki House. Close your eyes and go there anytime you need to relax or feel a little extra healing energy.
