Healing Enviousness

I am inspired to write especially on this topic because I saw many people cannot help themselves due to enviousness inside and as a Reiki healer we wish to heal everybody without being partial. Another thing about enviousness, it is a sinister feeling and creates blockages inside all the chakras especially in Heart and Root chakras. Also, if you are getting successful and other people surrounding feels jealous of you. This not only harms you but also creates blockages in your aura as your aura and the outer body levels touch other people and also energy transfers whenever you shake the hand or hug another person or even by eye contacts. Some energy exchanges create different types of blocks in your path to success.

Another thing about enviousness, many people have this feeling in the different degrees. Some people have a small or moderate amount of enviousness for others. But if it is in too higher degree, people get so many diseases including depression, sleep deprivation, lack of enthusiasm, emotional imbalance and sometimes harm other people and show anti-social or psychopathic behavior. In any case, lower or higher, it is a negative feeling and it harms at different degrees so we as a Reiki channel want to remove it completely as well as protect ourselves from it.

Before healing anything, we, Reiki healers should find the root cause of this or anything we heal. So, First of all, be honest with yourself and think about the people you feel envy about. Those could be your friends or family or anyone near to you. At times, everyone has this feeling and it is completely normal, but if it persists, it would only harm. This feeling arises due to lack of something. Lovers get jealous if the love is not enough in between. It is something like lack of something and you feel jealous. People are jealous of other people’s lifestyles because they don’t have it. Student gets jealous of other students due to lack of recognition or higher marks. So, this lacking of something drags to jealousy. This feeling generally generates due to an imbalance of Heart chakra and Root chakra and lack of satisfaction. You can not heal each and everybody’s chakra and balance them every day.

However, you can heal yourself if you have this feeling. Reiki is a very intelligent energy. If you are practicing this from longer, you have been above these kinds of all negative feelings. It has healed everything in you to all of those who have learned 2nd level and practiced regularly as in that level, Sei He Ki heals people at an emotional level. Also, in universe, everything is in abundance. So, if someone is lack of something is because of thoughts.

• Ground yourself and be at the quiet place.
• Try to be near the grass or trees or gardens as we are healing the Heart chakra and Root chakra so this will naturally help us to gain energy for the Heart chakra.
• You can use crystals and candles if you like. Also, call upon the angels. I would like to call generally Angel Uriel especially for this meditation.
• I generally like to use all color candles but if you want particular, go for the green color.
• After the grounding, take 3 deep breaths and relax yourself. Afterwards, close your eyes and think about the people you don’t like or feel envy about. Send them millions of heart symbols and then use the symbols you know and say the emotional symbol 3 times. Draw it on the Heart chakra and the Root chakra and give Reiki for at least 5 minutes. And seal with the Power symbol.
• Now, the most important thing, protection from others. Try to recall people who taunt you or say you bad words directly and indirectly. Before you make the protection, forgive them unconditionally. Think that they are not able to control their emotions and because of that it happened. Now, send them some heart symbols. That will release all the negativity you have got from them till now. Further, put the emotional symbol and power symbol three times on the each heart you are sending to them.
• Further, you visualize that you are in the white light where none of this negativity can enter and even if it tries to enter, it will be removed by the light. You can think about the sunlight which is the most powerful in the world and removes all the darkness from the earth wherever it goes. Similar way, this happens with Reiki energy, which is gained from the universe and kills all the negative emotions of other people towards you.
• Seal everything with Cho Ku Rei.
• Thank everyone including your teachers, parents and Gods before you complete your meditation.

Whenever you feel negative energy towards you in any people, just send them pure hearts with Sei He Ki and seal with Power symbol so it couldn’t be broken by the negative energy again. If you see around us, relatives, friends and everywhere, so many people are sending you negativity which hinders your growth. So, use this meditation to stay away and grow endlessly. Reiki gives you everything in abundance and stays with you as a protection all the time. Live life with full of cheerfulness and help people as much as you can.
