Reiki and Ice Bath while Travelling

Reiki plays a vital role in day to day life. It teaches and guides us at every step of life but only when we feel it with pure and strong intentions. Here I am going to share my personal experience, “how reiki helped me while travelling.”

In the month of May on 21st it was a hot summer day hot breeze was blowing, I was travelling to Chandigarh by an ordinary PRTC overcrowded bus due to short of time I couldn’t wait for another AC coach or any of luxurious one. I boarded the bus after applying the symbols on me and for my surprise I got the seat. I do have travelling nausea so it was a big challenge before me to reach the destination in time as I was little behind the scheduled time but I had full faith in Reiki so I took it as my testing on the path of Reiki.

Here I am sharing how I protected myself from the travelling nausea and burning hotness.

I closed my eyes and invoked Reiki to heal the situation. I took deep breath for 2-3 minutes. Connected and surrendered myself and the situation I was in to the light. I got the step by step intuition to heal myself. I drawn the Reiki symbols on me and felt that I was amidst the mountains all covered with snow. I saw a big round lump of snow on my head for my surprise it was taking the shape of a conical ice piece melting and the little snow drops falling on me. This was a wonderful ecstatic moment. I felt it approximately for five minutes with closed eyes than opened my eyes but remain connected to light. I had to repeat the process after 35-40 minutes. Thanks to light, Reiki, Dr Usui, my master for awakening me to have new experience and making my journey easy and smooth no headache, nausea or vomit etc. I could reach 15 minutes prior to time. It was a wonderful experience and was feeling at the top I could go away one of my fear the travelling nausea. I could raise myself above this inbuilt fear of mine.

According to me travelling nausea is just struck state of mind deep seated in us as emotional fear. Our mind always moves before the time it works at a higher frequency and can sense the things before they actually happen, as soon as some travelling plan, time or word enters our aura, it starts sending repetitive signals to the brain till the brain takes it as stimulus (as we have collected this fear as a lump in our chakra). As a response the brain acts accordingly and starts secreting the secretions…. which add up the travelling nausea and also called as pre travelling symptoms.

Here is the step wise break up:

• Close your eyes.
• Deep breath.
• Invoke energy. Draw symbols Cho Ku Rei, Hon Sha je sho nen, sei hay ki, Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen, Cho Ku Rei or as per your intuition.
• See you surrounded by the mountains.
• Feel a big lump of ice over your head. Feel its weight. Feel its coolness. Inhale the cool air in and exhale the hot air.
• See it melting over you and feel its coolness throughout the body.
• Do have this feel for five minutes. Open your eyes. Don’t cut away yourself from energy.
• Repeat the same after 35-40 minutes or as your intuition guides you.
• Pay gratitude after reaching your destined place.
