All of us find ourselves in stressful situations from time to time. Some of us manage stress effectively while some of us struggle to cope. Some of us are calm in certain stressful situations while we freak out in other kinds of situations. Each person is different and what is stressful to you may not be stressful to your sibling or best friend.
We can get stressed as a result of work hassles, financial troubles, health issues, parenting problems, relationship troubles and the like. And when we are stressed, it is hard for us to even breathe properly, forget about thinking clearly!
Rather than struggle to arrive at logical solutions when we are too frazzled to think, we can allow ourselves to be supported by the all loving angels. Angelic energy brings an instant sense of calm in all kinds of stressful situations. It can help us feel better, think better and cope better.
Here is a simple meditation you can do whenever you find yourself stressed.
- Choose a quiet private room where you will be undisturbed for about ten minutes.
- Light a candle. Draw the Reiki symbols that you are attuned to on the walls. If you are not attuned to symbols yet, you can place your palms on each wall for ten seconds and give Reiki to it.
- Stand at the door to the room. Connect with the angels and invite them into the room. Say from your heart, “My Dear Angels, please come into this space now. Thank you.”
- Once you invite the angels, wait a couple of minutes at the door. You will be able to sense the angelic energies gushing in. Trust the impressions you receive.
- Go in and close the door if you wish to. Sit on a comfortable chair or mat and request the angels to surround you. Wait till you sense that you are surrounded and safe.
- Talk to them about the stress that you are going through. Get it off your chest. You can talk all you want, without any fear of being judged.
- After you’re done talking, lie down comfortably and request the angels to work on you. Do not instruct them on how to help you.
- Allow the experience to unfold naturally. The angels may give you Reiki or flood you with healing light of varied colours. They may whisper soothing messages in your ears or stroke you gently and help you relax. They may even direct their energy to massage you, thereby helping you relax even more deeply. Be completely open to the experience. Only then will you allow the angels to help you in a way that you most need it.
- Once done, hand over the stressful situation to the angels. For instance, if you are stressed about your child, visualise placing your child in their loving hands and ask them to take care of him or her. If you are stressed about a relationship, visualise placing the relationship in the loving care of the angels.
- Thereafter, request that hundreds of angels be present with you and with the other person (or situation) that you are stressed about.
- Thank the Angels and Reiki for their kind assistance.
- Wake up feeling stronger, calmer and more in balance.
This meditation can help you acquire a new perspective on any situation that causes you stress. It will also benefit everyone else involved in the situation. As hundreds of angels stay by your side, you will feel a deep sense of calm and empowerment. You will begin to view the situation from a higher perspective, thereby bringing peace, harmony and healing to you and to everyone else.
