• Once you feel the crystal has been cleansed, activate and energize it with symbol 1 CKR again rotating your hand clockwise on it, stating the intention to the crystal for the healing that you want from it. Place the intention inside the crystal and energize it with Reiki for a couple of minutes.
• Use symbol 2 SHK to balance all the energies in the crystal, if your intention is to balance or heal any emotional issue or relationship, heal using this symbol for a few minutes imagining pink light of love flowing from your hands.
• Seal the healing using symbol 1 CKR.

You can also keep rose quartz in your hand while you say out affirmations to enhance the power of the affirmation and to get faster results.
