Creating the Best Workout Routine for You with Reiki

At the start of the New Year many people set New Year’s resolutions for themselves with things they would like to achieve in the New Year. Many times people will have a new year’s resolution to get into good physical shape. At the start of the year they are motivated, excited, and positive about their plan and the new improved self they are trying to create.

Then after a few weeks often times they start getting tired, may miss a few workouts and not have the fast results they were hoping for. By the time a few months goes by many times they will have stopped working out all together and will have given up on their dream. Reiki can help with this. It is time to get creative!

What I recommend to clients is to forget about whatever workout plan that they tried and didn’t bring about the results they were hoping for. They need to forget about not meeting the goal in the way they had wanted. Instead I have them envision what they would like to look like after a year of working out and living a healthy lifestyle. I have them practice the following method.

Reiki Method To Find The Best Workout Routine For You:

  1. Hold the visualization of how you think you would look and feel after a year of living a healthy lifestyle. Allow yourself to feel this feeling as if you are already there.
  2. Make a power, distance and/or master symbol. Beam Reiki to this image for 10 minutes. Do this every day for 1 month.
  3. Keep a journal each week of what exercises you are drawn to or new patterns you are trying out of “no where”. Notice if you suddenly stat to be pulled towards one form of exercise vs another. If you feel the desire to suddenly try a new class or activity go with it. This is your higher self guiding you to something for your highest good.

  4. After 2 months come back and re-read the journal you have kept for positive reinforcement. Do it again at 6 months to see how far you have come and notice what miraculous changes have occurred in your life. You should now be on your way to your new healthy lifestyle pattern.

Often times people pick exercise routines that can burn them out quickly. They may also pick a form of exercise that is popular for many but does not match who they are. Let yourself be pulled and guided by your higher self to whatever you may be feeling. Be sure to write in your journal each night. This is a very important step that will help continue to bring about amazing results and reinforcement. It will also reveal things about yourself and what works best for you.
