Guided Snowflake Angel Meditation for the New Year

I practice Reiki in The United States and for us the New Year is coming up soon. The New Year brings new opportunities, the opportunity to let go of everything that has not worked for you during the past year, and the opportunity to manifest what you truly desire. I have so many different guided meditation methods for helping to bring in abundance and manifest what you desire. To me Angel Reiki plays a huge part in my own practice. I have come up with a very basic guided meditation here that keeps it as simple as possible. Feel free to add your own touch to this meditation. It is meant to be used as is for an easy meditation or to be used as a blue print where the possibilities are endless.

Guided Snowflake Angel Meditation for the New Year with Reiki

  1.  Light a white candle. If you have any glitter or sparkles (I have small children so these are in abundance at my home) sprinkle some on the floor around your candle. Creating the right mood can REALLY help with having a successful meditation and manifesting your desires. Put on some relaxing music.
  2.  Ground yourself and picture a white ball of light surrounding you. This protects you during the meditation as nothing negative may pass through it.
  3.  Make the Master Symbol (or whatever symbols you feel called to use) in front of yourself.
  4.  Concentrate on your breathing for 2 min. Make sure your breath work is calming and slow.
  5.  Picture the space you are in being filled with positive, loving, white light. Next, you notice a big white magical snowflake form directly in front of you. It is large, sparkly, majestic, and calming. The sparkles on it are bright and spectacular in color. They include every color from the color spectrum. Each color represents something you would like to manifest in the New Year or a positive change you would like to make. Sit in this space and visualize what you would like in the coming year for 10-20 min.
  6.  As you sit in this space of visualization notice that the snowflake starts to rise up into the sky. As it rises beautiful sparkles of every color and small white snowflakes start to fall from the sky or space you are in. They gently fall on and around you. As they fall on you, you feel safe, calm and comforted.
  7.  At this time you notice a beautiful angel in white before you. This angel is the angel of the New Year. The angel is in your space filled with love to hear any desire you may have for the New Year. Tell the angel whatever fears you have that you feel may be blocking you from achieving what you desire in the New Year. Watch as one by one each fear is covered in white light and completely healed by the Angel of the New Year.
  8.  Ground yourself and give thanks and gratitude. Welcome in the New Year with love.

    • Hi Linda.

      Yes I do! I am actually covering that in my next article. Visualizing something is just imaging it. For example if the beach relaxes you just picture your favorite beach in your mind. Pretend/imagine that you are at that location. Imagine that you can hear the sounds of the waves and feel the sand beneath your toes. Really let yourself have all the feelings as if you are really there. It is all about imagery and imagining that you are in this space. It is the same as daydreaming.
