I am sharing a personal daily practice I use for being present, creating space for reflection and connecting consciously to the wisdom within the body.
Our days can have so much task driven, goal achieving and input data receiving that we are not fully able to reflect and connect to the real wisdom that which lies within our body. It’s so easy to be caught up and distracted.
Each morning I start the day with this little practice to awaken the wisdom within and feel connected to my whole being. Length of practice can be 1 min to 10 min. Never so long so you feel sleepy, you finish when you feel the energy awaken you.
